Diese gemütliche Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert und stark aufgewertet. Die Küche ist für alle Kochbedürfnisse bestückt und verfügt über wunderschöne neue Theken, die funkeln, sowie schöne weiße Schränke mit Absenkautomatik. Ich habe eine Kuerig Kaffeemaschine für Ihren Morgen zur Verfügung gestellt, holen Sie mich ab. Das Wohnzimmer bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und einen brandneuen LG-Fernseher. Direkt vor dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich die Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf den beheizten Pool und das Spa. Es gibt auch einen Trainingsraum neben dem Pool. Im Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich ein Sealy Posturepedic Cal. Kingsize-Bett mit frischer Bettwäsche, zwei großen Schränken, die mit frischen Handtüchern bestückt sind, und ein wunderschön renoviertes Badezimmer. Der Master wäre natürlich ohne einen brandneuen LG-Fernseher nicht komplett! Außerhalb des Hauptschlafzimmers befinden sich die Waschmaschine und der Trockner, ideal für frische Kleidung und Handtücher während Ihres Aufenthalts. Den Flur hinunter befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und frischer Bettwäsche. Weitere Handtücher finden Sie in den Doppelschränken dieses Schlafzimmers. Angeschlossen ist noch ein prickelndes neues Badezimmer. Ich wollte nicht, dass dieser Raum ausgelassen wird, also habe ich ihm einen weiteren neuen LG-Fernseher hinzugefügt (die Bildqualität ist erstaunlich).
Was ich an diesem Hotel liebe, ist die großartige Lage, eingebettet zwischen den Autobahnen 5 und 15. Die erstklassige Lage macht es einfach, Strände, die Innenstadt, Sea World und Sea Port Village zu erreichen oder ein Stück nach Norden ins Legoland zu fahren. Auf dem Mira Mesa Blvd. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Restaurants sowie Apotheken und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Es gibt viele wundervolle asiatische Märkte, wenn Sie zur Autobahn 15 fahren.

Great Stay in Mira Mesa

This apartment was perfect for our needs. My husband had Spine Surgery and we stayed here for his recovery. Very convenient to our daughter's home, the hispital and the rehab facility. Plenty of places to shop, hike, and ride my bike. The apartment was the perfect size with 2 bedrooms and 2 fulls baths, we were even able to accomodate our son over the holidays.

The property was accommodating and clean. Close to lots of restaurants as well the facility where we had appointments. The only request I would have had was a portable vacuum cleaner instead of just a broom. Otherwise, it was a good place to rent. Thank you so much.

Winter getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 week stay in San Diego this winter. The location of the property worked perfectly for us as we were close to our son's residence. The kitchen was equipped with many dishes but was lacking in wine glasses and a spatula. Overall we thought it was great and we hope to do it again in 2025.

We loved are stay at Mira Mesa. The condo was just the Best and the location

Jessy was great. You can tell they want you to have a great holiday. All our needs were looked after. The condo had everything all you have to do is buy groceries and start your stay. Eight Week Stay

This is the second winter renting this property. It is in a great location for our needs. Having two larger beds in the second bedroom was a nice upgrade from the first year. We had an issue with the oven on one of our first nights there and after contacting Yan it was taken care of right away. During our last week there the outlets on one side of the kitchen stopped working. We didn't get a chance to contact Yan so I am including it now so it can be remedied. The eight weeks we were there went by very quickly!

Issues

Many issues...water in shower not hot enough, no heat, had to replace entire heat/ac unit, which involved us having to deal with workers in/out, glass table broke, handyman came to replace two toilets after being told to wait until we check out. Jessy, the manager was as nice and prompt as she could be to help resolve the problems and even said they would compensate us in some way, but that didn’t happen, at least not yet. Great location and nice condo....the stars were just not aligned for us for our stay.

Hi Muriel, I am so sorry for your issues during your stay. However, you were never without hot water, and were simply unhappy with how hot the water got. We have never had any complaints about water temperature and keep it at the legal temperature for rentals; of course we still had the handyman raise the temp for you. When the heater went out we worked as quickly as possible to organize a crew with a crane to pull the unit from the roof. In the meantime we left you space heaters for this smaller condo that kept the temp warm. The glass table was a solid piece, and we did see a large and heavy sewing machine on it when we dropped off the heaters, and we didn’t blame you for how such a large and heavy piece could have been broken. We sent someone over within 10 minutes to clean the glass and replace the table.

Great, stress-free property

I stayed here for a little over a month while looking for more permanent housing in the area, and this property was a perfect fit! Everything was sparkling clean when I checked in, the kitchen well-outfitted, plenty of towels, extra blankets for the beds, house cleaning equipment including ironing board and steam iron, broom and dustpan, swiffer with pads, vacuum, toilet brushes, extra dish sponges, and cleaning sprays. All the appliances worked without a hitch including the stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC, gas range, oven, and microwave. The wifi was strong and reliable. There are three TVs in the unit, so you're never far from a screen. The complex is well kept and feels safe, with lots of fancy cars in the carports. It seemed like a mix of professionals, young families, and retirees. There is an assigned covered parking spot, but you can also park in any uncovered spot nearby the unit. The Mira Mesa area has a ton of large retailers and restaurants, and the address is about equidistant from the 805 and the 15 freeways. Also, Miramar airbase is very close so once in awhile you may see some badass combat jets flying overhead! Owner communication was great, and Yan was super helpful when I had questions. I recommend this property highly, whether for an extended stay or a quick trip!

ok property

property was ok with some problems. 1. cab. door handles in kitchen felt sticky and like a residue was on them like they were sprayed with a cleaner but not wiped off completely. 2. had to rewash most of the silverware and utensils because of dries food on them. looks like dishwasher was doing a bad job and no body checked when they put stuff away. 3. tp holder in master was falling off wall. 4. thermostat is a smart one and ran up to the mid 80s during the night a couple of times . finally just turned it off for the night.

Hi William, we did an inspection before you checked in and did not notice any of these issues. I am a little confused by your review because I spoke to you on the phone a few different times and you never mentioned that you had any of these issues, on the contrary you said everything was good and you joked with me about everything going on with the lockdowns. I would have gladly taken care of any issues you had, that’s why I called to make sure everything was going ok. When you said you were checking out A few days early we spoke again and you never mentioned anything then either. Hope you had a safe trip home and are staying healthy.

cozy condo is very comfortable and enjoyable

This property was perfect for my needs. Jessy was extremely responsive to my requests. It's a lovely place and if I needed to go to the area again would seek to stay here if possible. The property was almost identical to the pictures with the exception of the loveseat in the living room, and the queen-sized sleigh bed (Those two items are different than pictured). There was an issue with the pool which I believe has been remedied. The location is excellent! Thanks, Jessy for everything!

One word ... perfect!

Right from driving into the complex, it was wonderful. Well kept area outside and the parking spot was close to the condo. Walking inside, the place just kept getting better. Pictures on homeaway are spot on...the condo had lots of room but still had a cozy feeling, everything you need, spotlessly clean, the two master suites were wonderful (each with their own TV!) and you immediately felt like you were home. We had an issue with the wifi sign-on but that was resolved immediately. As I'm sure that any other issue would have been but, since that was our only problem, that was all we had to contact the owners about. The heated pool wasn't what we considered heated but that was okay...we spent our time in the hot tub. Plus, with the location of the condo, everything was within 15 minutes or so....close by in our opinion. We just didn't have time to laze around by the pool. The gym had all you needed to work off those restaurant calories, too. A great stay and we would recommend this condo to anyone because...it's perfect!

Our family of 5 ventured from the cold and snow to the sunshine and warmth of sunny San Diego and stayed at this condo. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed. It was well kept and had a handful of little "extras" like beach towels and small kitchen appliances that made the stay that much nicer. They also had an abundance of additional household items like garbage bags, laundry detergent, and hand soap that other rentals (in our experience) only provide minimal and you end up purchasing more half way through your stay. The condo and area felt very secure and had more of a residential feel than vacation rental vibe. We rented a vehicle for the week and explored the San Diego area so the location was also nice. My only word of caution and disappointing experience that we had was with an issue that came up. We picked this condo primarily because it was poolside which is a huge deal for 3 kids coming from cold and snow. When we arrived, the pool was closed and under construction. Our hearts sank but with a quick call to the management (who also was unaware of the pool situation) we were told we would be "taken care of" and told their was another pool on the other side of the complex we could use. While we were incredibly grateful we still had the use of a pool for the week, we didn't enjoy the inconvenience of dragging three kids and all their things across the complex and would not have chosen that rental had we known that was going to be the case. We contacted the manager back at the end of the week as we had not heard from them to see what exactly "being taken care of" meant (we assumed some sort of minimal compensation) and were told they could do nothing for us. With that being said, although the condo itself was fine and would have been perfect had the pool been available as advertised, we would caution you if an issue does arise during your stay, it may be handled in a similar fashion.

Hi Paul, I’m sorry you feel you weren’t taken care of. Although, we provided absolutely everything you could have needed for your stay, and the pool was closed due to the HOA construction which was out of our hands, we were not properly noticed by the HOA when they began the construction. That is why we were unaware and unable to notify you of the pool closure. The other pool was just through the other end of the small complex, it wasn’t a long walk by any means. Cozy and well stocked

This condo is everything that you see in the pictures and details. Condo is beautiful and well stocked. Property owners are wonderful. I sent a message asking if kitchen had a slow cooker. I was told that there was not one but they would drop one off for us to use. They bought a brand new one for us! They could have just said they didn't have one but they went out of the way to buy one and bring it to us. I would definitely rent this condo again when I come back to San Diego!

Amazing stay in the perfect condo!

Beautiful 1st floor condo that had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and it was great having a washer and dryer in the unit. Owners were quick at responding and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!!

Clean, new appliances, great location and feels like home!

Staying here has been the best! Amazing and convenient location near businesses and you can quickly get to the beach when you want. The whole apartment is very clean and the appliances were all updated which was a plus. Jessy and Yan made us feel right at home and were very responsive to any question or issue we had during our stay. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone. Thank you!

Perfect for my family.

This unit is in exceptional condition. The furniture, kitchen outfitting, and location give it a "home-away-from-home" feeling, which is exactly what my family required for Christmas and the New Year. The area is heavily Asian, as is my family, so we were able to eat all our favorite foods. Communication with the property manager was immediate, thorough, and considerate.

Luxurious home from home with every comfort! Highly recommend this property.

Our stay was a joy from beginning to end. It will exceed all your expectations. The location was perfect for all of So Cal. We travelled the area from LA to San Diego with ease. The pool was a huge bonus, a quiet and convenient haven from early in the morning to late in the evening. The parking was convenient. Absolutely recommend this beautiful apartment. We didn't want to leave!

We had a great stay!

Very nice!!

The condo is lovely and well located. Plenty of places nearby to eat. Freeway close to everything. They were very attentive to all our needs. Would for sure come back again!

Exceptional!! Clean, quiet, attractive, comfortable, and close to everything. You do need a car unless you use other transportation. OWNER IS EXCELLENT AND KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT IS NEEDED FOR A GREAT STAY!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great modern condo by swimming pool/gym and near shops

We had a great stay in the recently remodeled and spacious condo. We loved the fact it was in a quiet community setting with a pool, hot tub and gym. It’s located near stores and 15min from La Jolla and it’s beaches and 25min to downtown San Diego and it’s many attractions.
