Custom home in 2016 neu in Mietmarkt gebaut. Haus in einzigartiger Lage, um einen spektakulären Blick auf die Bucht und den Golf von den vorderen und hinteren Decks zu bieten. Am Strand, mit freiem Blick aufs Meer. Schöner offener Grundriss mit großer Küche und Wohnzimmer. Perfekt für Unterhaltung !! Große nach Osten ausgerichtete Decks, um den Morgen bis zum späten Nachmittag angenehm zu genießen. Nach Westen gerichtete Veranda für
atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge.

2-stöckiges Haus mit Küche, Familienzimmer, große Waschküche, Königin Schlafzimmer und Bad und ein halbes Bad im 1. Stock. 2. Geschichte besteht aus Master, Schlafraum und Zweibettzimmer. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Essen am Strand und zum Essen braucht. Familienzimmer bietet einen großen Flachbild-Smart-TV und große Fenster, um den unglaublichen Meerblick zu genießen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Zugang zum Deck, einen großen Flachbild-Smart-TV, ein luxuriöses Bad mit einer großen Dusche und zwei Waschbecken. Queen-Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad. Schlafraum mit 4 eingebauten Kojen und großem Schlaf-Futon, Doppelwaschbecken, großer Dusche und großem Flachbild-Smart-TV. Zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, Bad mit großer Dusche. Alle Zimmer sind wunderschön mit schönen Küstenfarben dekoriert.

Zu den Speisemöglichkeiten im Freien gehören eine abgeschirmte Veranda, ein Tisch und Stühle an Deck sowie ein Picknicktisch unter dem Haus. Unter Hausbestuhlung genießen Sie tagsüber angenehme Meeresbrise. Außendusche, Spiele, Liegestühle, Wagen für den Transport von Strandausrüstung, Fahrräder, Gasgrill, zusätzlicher Kühlschrank in der Garage.

Das Pointe West ist eine 60-minütige Fahrt vom Flughafen Houston Hobby und eine 90-minütige Fahrt vom Flughafen Houston Bush Intercontinental entfernt. Neben der Erkundung von Galveston ist Lake Jackson eine kurze Fahrt entfernt und bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und mehrere Familienattraktionen.

Family tradition

The house is beautiful and very clean. Everything you need is included and the elevator was the best addition. Location was nice and we love Pointe West. Mary Lee was always so sweet to talk to either through messaging or telephone. We were a family of 10 and the 4 bedrooms and 4 and half baths were wonderful.

Amazing house!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house! It has everything you can think of and more! Super clean and we'll appointed - get ready to be spoiled! The elevator is so handy! The dune walkover is close and the view from the top deck is great! Homeowners are very prompt with communication and helpful. The floorplan is spacious and well thought out. We didn't want to leave!

The Best, in every way!

We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, and the owners provided a gift basket for us, to help celebrate Memorial day! Everything about this property exceeded my expectations… the owners thoughtfully stocked every bathroom with toiletries, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need from foil to spices, and having an extra fridge outside was everything! Do not bother bringing your own beach, chairs, toys or umbrellas. Everything you need is there, even an ice maker! The place was spotless, even down to the baseboards. The kids enjoyed riding their scooters to the beach walkway. We will be back!

Family Beach Vacation

We loved our family beach vacation at this gorgeous house! The house was absolutely beautiful, so well stocked with everything we would need, fantastic location, easy beach access and overall a beach dream come true! We took our four kids and each took a friend. They loved the easy beach access, thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the beach club and ate outside on the deck for each meal. The kitchen had everything we needed - even extra spices we forgot to pack. Check in and out was so easy and the owner was so easy to communicate with both before and during our stay if we had any questions or needed anything. The owner left us an amazing welcome basket full of goodies and treats to make us feel right at home when we checked in - very gracious and thoughtful! The house also came stocked with beach gear like a push cart, chairs and toys which made packing for the beach so easy! I would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

A Treasured Getaway in a Spectacular Home!

My family recently had the good fortune to stay at Decked Out for a long weekend. What an incredible home! First, the owner, Mary Lee, is delightful, fair and communicative! She promptly answered all of my questions! Checking in & out was a breeze with Christine’s assistance. The home is absolutely stunning...and clean...and perfect. The comfy & spacious living room & kitchen were the ideal gathering place for us all. The bunk room was adorable! The elevator & utility cart were SO helpful!! We easily moved luggage, groceries & humans as needed! The propane grill on the ground level cooked us many yummy meals (shrimp, bacon...). We loved the outdoor shower & numerous decks, tables & chairs available to us!! We appreciated the beach toys & bikes made available. We loved the comfy beds, linens, washer/ dryer, board games, extensive spices, THE PANTRY!, the ice machine!, the short walk to the almost private beach, the availability of the nearby “Beach Club”—with its pool, restaurant & gym and EVERYTHING!! 2022 beach vacation

Can’t say enough good things about the house. We live in the Houston area and after 4 beach vacations in Florida we decided to try Point West in Galveston. We are a large family of 11, ages 3-65 and all agreed we will stick with Galveston. .the Decked Out property was amazing, of all the vacation homes we’ve stayed at this was the best. The location was great, maybe half a block from the walk over to the beach. The owners thought of everything. We didn’t need half of what we packed, the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Same thing with bath toiletries, everything was there down to Aloe Vera and makeup remover. We’ve learned through the years that the beach gear provided is usually old and in some cases unusable, all the beach stuff was in great condition. The beach was awesome, most of the time we basically had a private beach. Don’t know what else to add but I highly recommend this property.

Beach tradition

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was so well decorated and every convenience was offered in the kitchen and elsewhere in the house. The elevator was a huge help for my elderly aunt and mother. It allowed us to “blow and go” just like when we were young, and they were the ones in charge. A huge thank you to the owners for taking such great care of us during our stay and for thinking of so many things we might need during our stay. All we had to do was show up (with groceries) and enjoy our time together.

Perfection

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, and the views of both the Oceanside and Bayside were amazing. The owner did a great job communicating and making sure we were doing okay throughout our stay. The house was very clean, including the outside areas. The owners made sure the home was fully stocked with everything you would need. The kitchen has all of the utensils, spices, and equipment we needed for the week. The garage had beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, beach toys, bikes, and outdoor games. The bunk room bathroom even had stools for the kids. The elevator was a huge convenience for bringing up our luggage and groceries. We ate every meal in the screened in porch area with a lovely ocean breeze and no bugs. The owner has really made this place a perfect vacation spot and our family loved our time there.

The home is beautiful and perfect! It was large enough for 10 family members to have space inside and out for activities or just “quiet time”. Perfect Vacation

Our family (three generations) enjoyed a delightful six days at this house which was perfect for us. Lots of space indoors and out and enough beds for everyone. Outstanding property

We took our family here over the week of July 4. A diverse group of ages. This was all that we hoped for. The house is impeccable, furnished nicely but practical. There are great views of the beach which is only a minute walk away. Everyone enjoyed the beach club and we even participated in the neighborhood July 4 parade. A great time. The hosts are amazing to work with. They were super responsive to any questions we had and the place was decked out and ready for us to arrive. There are plenty of items to make the stay easy. Plenty of towels, soap, kitchen supplies, etc. Even beach toys and bikes. We lacked for nothing. We will definitely be going back!!

Growing up in Southeast Texas, trips to Galveston were a summer tradition. Many great memories were made building sandcastles, playing in the surf, searching for the perfect shells, cookouts and enjoying the sunshine! When we had a family of our own, we continued this tradition by renting a beach house every summer. After several years of renting, we decided to build our own home. We love spending time here with our family and friends. It's meant to be a retreat and place for memories to be made.

The home was well planned for families to enjoy dining in or out, sunbathing on the upper deck, playing games on the large table, comfortable beds and private baths. The beach is large and well-groomed, and the Pointe West Beach Clubs allow you access to 2 pools. It's a wonderful vacation spot!!
