Perfect Spot

This location was perfect for us. 5 minute drive to the Hilton for our kids dance competition. The condo was perfect. There is a little wear and tear on some of the cabinets and ceiling. But overall it was great. Beautifully decorated. Communication between the VRBO rental company was great. They responded right away with any question or concerns we had.

Comfy and convenient

This place was located perfectly with only a short Uber ride to great restaurants and night life. My only suggestion would be to paint the inside. A new interior paint job would make it look so much nicer!

FRUSTRATING

Issues with ALL the appliances! The ice maker only dispensed crushed ice which made a huge mess on the kitchen floor- after several emails and a couple days later it was finally fixed. The dishwasher was absolutely disgusting, it smelled, was covered in mold on the inside; the bottom rack was broken and it did not clean the dishes at all. I spent all week communicating this to the management team to no avail. We spent our entire week having to hand wash the dishes. The washer does not drain properly so you have to run it through a spin and drain cycle again. The dryer does not dry properly, has to run the dryer twice for each load. The kitchen has the bare minimum when it comes to things you need to cook, the Tupperware that was there either had no lid or the lids were cracked didn’t seal; the pitcher had no lid; no spatula etc. It was very disappointing experience given what we paid for the week and the frustrations we encountered all week. Outside of the condo, the complex is nice, enjoyed the pools.

The location was good, near to a grocery store and a $15 Uber ride to OCCC. The inside was mostly clean, but definitely needs the carpet replaced. Big stains in most every room. The beds were not good. They need to be replaced as well. One of the twin beds flies up in the air if you sit on the foot and not in the middle. Checkout was super easy and that was really great. The pool is nice. Very convenient to fhave a refreshments bar/food right next to the pool. Overall a so-so stay.

Great spot!

This apartment served as home to me and 3 others for two whole weeks while we were in Orlando for a big convention at the OCCC. The location was perfect! we were close to the pool house, the convention center, and just about anything else we could've needed. It was spacious enough for the 4 of us to live and work in the space. Check-in and out was super easy as well! We encountered a few smaller issues during our stay however... the internet and cable did go out for about 36 hours, this was a bit of an inconvenience as it was a work trip for us. I sent Casiola an email addressing the issue very late at night as we were working late, they replied very quickly and did their best to fix the issue. The other issue we had was with spiders... The guest that stayed in the first bedroom was bitten several times on two different nights and ended up having to be taken to urgent care for an allergic reaction to the bites. They ended up sleeping on the couch the last few nights, which was equally as comfy as the bed. All said and done this was a great place in a great location, I would recommend some kind of bug treatment in the bedrooms though.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a wedding, so didn't take advantage of any clubhouse amenities, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were some minor mechanical issues, which we didn't report until checkout, but are now hopefully fixed. I thought we had finally figured out the dishwasher, so it wasn't reported, but we wound up starting it twice every time we ran it. (some times it ran a rinse and hold instead of a wash) Some operating instructions would have been nice.

A Home Away From Home

I was disappointed in the fact that the carpets were stained (vacuumed but dirty), master bath toilet handle was broken, the hall light outside the master did not work, patio blinds did not open and the room with double beds lamp was broke when we arrived. NO ONE CAME OUT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE. Other than those things…the over all stay was great! My husband is a contractor & I am a Realtor so those things constantly reminded us of WORK WHILE ON VACATION:-(

Apartment rental at Vista Cay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, I made this reservation less than a week ago and to date have received 20 emails about it. 12 before check-in, 8 the two days while there, and two more this morning asking me to review. ENOUGH. I haven't even been able to click on 1/2 of them bc it's so overwhelming to have 20 emails about this in 5 days.We were not given a gate code to get in, Luckily someone was in the office late and gave it to us, but let us know in no uncertain terms that they were not affiliated with the rental company and we could not come to them for help. But then offered us the gate code (?)The air in the parking lot and our apartment hallway was filled with the smell of people smoking marijuana. I would not stay there again for that reason. It was so overwhelmingly strong and my young teens were stunned that adults do this so openly. (Outside of our bubble I guess!)

Everything was very nice. The unit we rented was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this unit and this rental company.
