Terrific rental!

Another wonderful visit at the One Market Square condo in Pinehurst. A great location in the center of town that is convenient to all the shops, restaurants, and golf. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place! The location is very convenient to Carolina Hotel and other resort properties, Pinehurst CC, Village Church, and several very nice local shops. Communication and property access were easy. The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Absolute center of Pinehurst Village

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Very communicative property managers and easy entry into this second floor unit. It is directly above Dugan's Pub which is a great central location. You can hear some of the pub music on a Friday night but the Village quiets down pretty early so it wasn't an issue for us.

best kept secret in town!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was our 2nd time here. The place has everything you need, including a very comfortable bed; its also very clean and updated. You couldn't ask for a better location in the middle of town. As other reviewers suggest, if you are a light sleeper, just bring earplugs to drown out the music downstairs.

Birthday Trip

We spent a weekend at the condo. It was perfectly located in the center of the village, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was nicely decorated, well stocked, and surprisingly quiet given the restaurant directly underneath. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Nice place and location

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was bigger than we thought. My teenage son loved the loft area. It is in the Pinehurst Village so we were able to walk to the shops and eating places. It was also a very short drive to Pinehurst, MidPines and Pine Needles golf courses. Lots of space, very clean and wonderful owners to work with. We would definitely book this again.

We arrived and were blown away by the cleanliness, brightness, and quality that the owner has created! Plenty of room for everyone to have space yet come together and relax to a game or a movie! I would book the exact same way again if we come back through! The owner even spoke with us in passing while heading out in the truck to check the local area and gave great ideas about entertainment and what to see! A great host in beautiful place!

Awesome Pinehurst Village Location

We stayed the month of April in this unit. Apartment was very well appointed with everything you would need on vacation. Lovely updated decor, comfortable beds. Best of all the location in the heart of pinehurst is excellent. Walking distance to the Resort and Country Club, many exceptional restaurants, cafes, shops and more. Highly recommend. When Dugan’s pub has live music you can hear it from the Master Bedroom but this was not an issue for us. It’s only a few days a week and ends about midnight.

Beautiful condo- tastefully updated

We stayed in this wonderful unit last weekend for a family getaway and great Pinehurst golf. The newly remodeled condo is in the center of town in Pinehurst, restaurants are within view, it is next door to the Holly Inn and a right above a great local store which specializes in products from the area. Two large bedrooms, each with a large flat screen television mounted on the wall, washer/dryer and a full kitchen. My granddaughter loved the loft with a wall mounted television and three large bean bag chairs. If you want to be within walking distance of the Pinehurst Resort (Courses 1-6) and have greater luxury at a much better price this is the perfect place!

Can't Beat the Location

I booked this condo for a wedding event and wanted to be close to the center of activities. Boy were we. The wedding party stayed at the Holly Inn across the street; our Sunday morning send-off was in the park across the street. We could walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you hesitate because you think the pub below you might be too noisy, well don't because it was not a problem at all. Parking is easy and the people in the corner store and everywhere we went were amazingly friendly and helpful. As for the condo, it is clean, beautiful and has everything you need. Communication was easy and quick. Enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you Michael and Cheryl!
