Diese neu renovierte Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen des Warner Centers! Sie sind buchstäblich weniger als eine Meile von der Topanga Westfield Mall, dem Village, der AMC 16 Promenade und allen anderen Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars der Gegend entfernt. Wenn das nicht genug ist, ist die Wohnung nur einen Block vom Ventura Boulevard entfernt, so dass Sie Zugang zum gesamten Tal von Calabasas bis nach Universal City haben. Das Gerät verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer / Badezimmer mit Bad, alle neuen Küchengeräten und allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen.

Das Gerät verfügt über zwei bewachte Parkplätze und das Gebäude verfügt über einen 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage des Gebäudes und ist ideal für den ruhigen Gebrauch und Genuss.

Die Unterkunft liegt günstig über dem Pool, dem Whirlpool und dem Gemeinschaftsraum. Außerdem befindet sich die Waschküche direkt neben dem Hauptaufzug in unserem Gebäudeflügel. Es gibt auch einen Gemeinschaftspool außerhalb der Wohnung für Ihren Genuss und Gebrauch.

Der Burbank Boulevard grenzt an mehrere Hauptstraßen und der berüchtigte 101 Freeway ist noch näher, so dass Sie bequem durch das gesamte Los Angeles County, Ventura County, die Küste und darüber hinaus fahren können

We have never had any complaints with internet prior to this guest's stay (see previous reviews), and our current traveler has made no such complaint. Sometimes people travel with outdated devices, or haven't gotten their updates, etc. Spectrum is the internet provider so it's not fly-by-night service, it's top of the line. Again, out of the scores of travelers we have hosted this is the only guest that cites this issue. Mind you, when we followed up with this traveler pn day 2 of their stay we were told the internet was fine and never heard from them again regarding the internet (and it was well over a week long stay). Otherwise, seems like a very Nice couple

Cozy and comfy

Very nice apartment. Good heat, good air, very clean, nice Tvs, loved the diming lights. Close to the freeway in San Fernando Valley, so very convient. Plenty of towels and linen, trash dumping receptacle a lifesaver for all tenants in the building.

Relaxing condo with nice renovations

This property is exactly as expected. Nicely remodeled and quiet. The building is older, but nice and safe. I stayed here with my mom and we both found it relaxing and close to everything. My only critique would be of the patio. The furniture needs updating because it feels unsafe. Also, the tv did not work in the larger bedroom. It was otherwise perfect and I would highly recommend!

Mother daughter trip

The property was perfect for our mother daughter get together. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom so if we needed some alone time it could be easily done. The property was in the back of the condo complex and close to the parking lot. Our parking stall was close to the elevator which made it easy to unload our luggage and groceries.

Too much taffic noise

The bedroom windows look into the elevated highway; and it is too noisy even with windows closed as tight as possible. I'd asked the owner before signing up about possible noise from highway, and he said only one person of all the 30-40 that stayed there ever mentioned it. That's very surprising to me given the noise level we experienced. The mattresses were too squishy. Couldn't sleep well for all the 5 nights we were there. The rest of the apartment is decent. The building complex is very old, but the apartment is OK on the inside. The location is fine.

This guest fails to mention that new bedding was supplied during their stay at their request. Moreover, there have only now been 3 noise complaints in 6 years. Some guests are more sensitive than others. That said, considering the nature of this guests "complaints", it's safe to say this was simply a quirky traveler who was hypersensitive to any and everything. In this business, it's impossible to avoid the perpetually disgruntled traveler that can't be pleased. It's about 3% to 5% of travelers. The other 95% are great

Excellent property, well-maintained, perfect for vacationers!

Christopher was communicative and flexible with our travel plans, and did everything possible to make it a worry-free stay, even after we changed our travel plans. The property was clean, bright, and well-maintained, and the perfect size and layout for the 4 of us. Very comfortable, with modern amenities, and easy access to transportation. Very highly recommended!!!

Great condo!

The first 2 days my friend and I could not believe that no one mentioned the condo backed up to the freeway in any of the reviews. But after 2 nights I barely heard it anymore and my friend said the same thing. All in all we loved the condo. We were in town for a week getaway and I always get a VRBO when traveling. The condo was in an amazing location with very easy access to the freeway and honestly just in the middle of it all. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels. Both beds are firm. Both bedrooms have a flatscreen TV. The couches are very comfortable. The water pressure was amazing and adjustable.

Very comfortable condo in a great location!

We had a very comfortable stay at the condo. It was roomy enough for a long stay and to host company as well. It had all of the essentials, the beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was wonderful. We've stayed at several vacation rentals and all agreed this was the best so far.

Woodland Hills

My daughter & I were traveling to California to look at school and just mess around. We were going to stay for 2-3 weeks, so we wanted an affordable, yet clean and convenient place to stay. The parent complex also had a gate entry which was important to us for safety purposes. Also, it was so convenient to Starbucks, grocery shopping and right around the corner from jumping onto the highway. If we went back to this area we would for sure stay again. Chris, the owner, was so nice and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

A Winter Getaway

All the comforts of home. Easy access to the freeway, close to the grandkids, close to shopping and great restaurants, . The on site Laundry and Gym were great additions as well as the Hot Tub. The Pool /Hot tub area was delightful and a nice place to relax after a hard day at the grandkids. The condo was very comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. A little close to the freeway but other than that worth every penny we paid. Very secure and safe. We will be back!

We had an amazing week at this property. It is convenient to everything with a fantastic mall nearby and every amenity was provided the Internet was fantastic and also we got two parking spots which definitely helped us since we had to rent cars I definitely recommend this property and will stay there again communication was a plus

Great place. Will stay there again.

Place was located next to several shopping centers with easy access to the freeway. Loved the inside of the place and getting to have two separate beds/baths that weren’t down the hall from each other because my husband snores and I had to spend the night in the extra room a few times. All the rooms have TVs in them. Everything was very clean. Since I was there to visit family, I definitely see myself renting this place again the next time I’m in the area.

Great apartment for the price

The apartment was a perfect fit for two of us. All the amenities of this place really made it worth the stay (own bathroom, TVs in rooms, balcony, etc). I Booked for 18 Days; Stayed Less than 24 hours

I would have given a zero star review if that had been option. I am unable to say more as I was threatened I would be sued for libel as the owner and I disagree about the issues we had. My review would not have been untrue but the owner feels the deficiencies I brought to his attention are unfounded and therefore in his mind; untrue. This is a direct copy and paste from his last communication to me: "I categorically disagree with your assertions about the unit. It was fully operable and clean and full of everything stated and photographed in the listing. In fact, I had an -------- guest check out the morning of the day you checked in and they gave a GREAT review. Thus, I hereby demand that you refrain from posting any false and damaging comments. In the event you do, I reserve the right to sue for Trade Libel I. The Superior Court of California and will seek money damages, attorney's fees, and costs. Lastly, please do not contact me further. In the event I get a booking that covers the days you blocked out I will graciously consider applying it as an offset. But make no mistake I am not obligated to and your continued texts and messages do not help. Take care." He is a lawyer and I believe a lawyer when they say they will sue you. I did not receive any refund of my 17 unused days and was forced to pay twice as much for a 30 day minimum rental elsewhere. Lastly, my complaints were not allegations of uncleanliness, etc. as he stated, it was far more serious. Again, I am unable to state what they were for fear of retribution and legal ramifications. It saddens me that it came to this as I am a person who believes you can always come to a resolution if you have a meeting of the minds.

This woman booked my place MULTIPLE times. In fact, she originally booked my place for a 30+ day stay. Then, after taking up my calendar with her booking (which prevents me from taking other reservations) she requested that I let her cancel. I graciously did and she got a full refund! All that to say, she then booked my same place AGAIN...and after changing her mind and making blatantly false complaints she AGAIN wanted another refund. It seems this woman believes she should be able to 1. Book your place, 2. Block out your calendar and 3. Change her mind on a whim without regard for how her bookings and cancellations cost the host money. It should be noted, that for her second booking she NEVER took any action to unblock my calendar with her reservation...which means the place couldn't be booked with another reservation. Yet she believes she should have got a refund? I ask any guest to just compare her review to the other reviews on my property.
