Wir sind flexibel und erlauben Haustiere auf Anfrage.

Wir bitten die Gäste, den Eingang der Terrassenveranda hauptsächlich zum Ein- und Aussteigen zu nutzen. Wenn die Gegenstände im Kellerbereich für Veranstaltungen nicht bewegt werden, halten Sie bitte die Eingangstür geschlossen und verriegelt.

Wenn du vom Strand zurückkommst, bitte den ganzen Sand von den Körpern und den Strandkörben absaugen, bevor du das Haus betrittst. Bitte schütteln Sie auch den gesamten Sand aus den Strandtüchern.

Gebrauchte Badetücher und Bettwäsche können in den 2 Körben im Keller Badezimmer hinterlegt werden. Bettwäsche und Kissen für das Schlafsofa im Keller befinden sich im Kellerraum.

Bitte entfernen Sie NICHT die Matratzenschutzbezüge von den Betten, wenn Sie die Bettwäsche wechseln.

Mülltonnen sind hinter dem Haus durch Sturm Kellertür entfernt. Müllabfuhr ist am Freitagmorgen. Die Mülltonnen gehen jeden Donnerstagabend aus.

Gäste sind willkommen, die Klimaanlage / Heizung nach ihren Wünschen zu nutzen. Bitte schalten Sie den Thermostat nach Ende Ihres Aufenthalts auf OFF.

Alkoholkonsum ist für Gäste unter 21 Jahren verboten.

Für jeden (jedes) verlorene saisonale Strandpass wird eine Gebühr von 50 USD erhoben. Für jeden verlorenen saisonalen Strandparkausweis fällt eine Gebühr in Höhe von 150 US-Dollar an.

Für jeden (verlorenen) / defekten Fernseher oder Kabelfernbedienungen wird eine Gebühr in Höhe von 75 USD erhoben.

Für einen frühen Check-in vor 14:00 Uhr wird eine Gebühr von 50 USD pro Stunde erhoben. Ein früher Check-in kann nicht vor 12:00 Uhr erfolgen. Diese Anforderung müssen Sie bei der Buchung angeben, um den Reinigungsservice zu koordinieren.

Eine Anfrage für einen längeren Check-out nach 10 Uhr morgens kostet 50 US-Dollar pro Stunde. Der erweiterte Checkout darf nicht mehr als 12:00 Uhr betragen. Diese Anforderung müssen Sie bei der Buchung angeben, um den Reinigungsservice zu koordinieren.

Wir bieten KEINE Vor-Ort-Vorführung (en) und / oder Besichtigungsdienste vor Ihrer Buchung an.

Am Morgen werden Sie mit den Anweisungen und dem Code für die schlüssellose Eingabe über Ihren Aufenthalt informiert.

Alle Liegestühle und Strandartikel befinden sich im Veranstaltungsraum rechts im Erdgeschoss. Alle Strandpässe werden in einem übersichtlichen Ordner gespeichert.

Das gesamte Inventar wird vor und nach jedem Aufenthalt der Gäste gezählt. Diese Gebühren sind nicht verhandelbar. Alle fehlenden oder beschädigten Artikel werden an VRBO / HomeAway Claims gesendet und Sie werden Ihrem Konto belastet.

Surprisingly, this "classic" beach house rental property is EXACTLY as described on the listing page AND in the photos. Reviews of the rental property and guest experience are designed to be based on what the property actually is, rather than how you would prefer it to be arranged. It is discouraging and quite disingenuous to make a blanket statement that our home is "older, with no updated amenities," without any direct specification or example. This is an extreme misrepresentation of our rental home at Ocean Beach Park. Although "classic," we DO INDEED provide many new, updated, and modern amenities at the rental property, including: brand new carpet throughout upstairs, brand new quartz kitchen countertops, brand new dining room chandelier and front landing chandelier, keyless passcode lock entry, brand new living room coffee table, brand new appliances: kureig coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, 6 brand new tempur pedic mattresses, 2 brand new bed frames in bedroom 5, both new washer and dryer, high functioning central air (AC/heat), new pillows, linens, blankets, towels, three TV's throughout the home equipped with cable and also high speed wifi internet. We do hope you continue to utilize VRBO for all of your rental needs, and that your next experience is at a property equipped with newer and suitable updated amenities!

We cane to conneticut to vist out son who is in the navy. He was graduating B.E.S.S. so qe booke dto saty for 4 days.. and than my son gkt an extra day of liberty and they let us extend out stay for an extra day so we were abke to visit with him longer 😁 The house was exactly as soon in pictures.. it fit us perfectly. Very nice and cozy we felt as if we were at home. I have no comaints at all.. 👍👍

GUEST REVIEW 6 MONTHS AFTER TRIP COMPLETION: This trip had ended in October 2022, yet suddenly, you decided to post a defamatory review in March of 2023, half a year later. Your claims are simply untrue. There were ZERO notifications of any sorts communicated to Utopia Management. There were ZERO photos sent to Utopia Management of either fabricated claim. Even more disturbing, we allowed to bring your dog along for no additional fee. This was a professional courtesy offered on our part. You conveniently left that out of the summary. Overall, your review is utterly appalling!

Last minute booking

Due to an inaccurate description on another rental site, my husband, his 93 yr old Mother and I needed a place to stay ASAP. We had some unique concerns about my Mother-in-law because she is only 4'10' tall, making very high beds and tub/shower combos a problem! This house was perfect! The walk-in shower stall in the master suite worked well for her. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable. We only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms, but they all seemed very nice. The living area was large and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The drawback is that the bathrooms are woefully outdated. Classic early 80''s colored ceramic tile, some cracked, and leaking faucets. There have been minor repairs made. And thankfully my Mother-in-law is a very tiny person, otherwise she would have struggled to use the shower stall...extremely small! 4 stars due to the condition of the bathrooms...if you can overlook that, make it 5 stars!

Our banana yellow, sky blue, and brussel sprout green colored 80's tiles are indeed "classic" as in both the home's name and mentioned verbatim in your description! They are just as in the photos as they are in real life! Certainly not woefully outdated! Being that you noted "the house was perfect," we should also positively note, (rather than with negativity) to all prospective guests that all 3 of our full bathrooms are perfectly preserved and perfectly functional for over 40+ yrs. Our "classic" brick home is a pleasant "throwback" or even "blast from the past" to a different era at Ocean Beach Park, which provides many of our guests priceless nostalgic memories. Nice neighborhood, nice house

The house is very clean and cool. It has plenty of room for a medium sized party. It is outdated style wise but perfectly fine overall. Beach was super close, nice 4-5 minute walk. We ran into someone who owned a home in the street right next to ocean and she told us a little of the history of those houses/ streets. Overall, it was a very nice vacation and 100% suitable house very close to the ocean. What more could you want? Owner was responsive and helpful. Maintenance guy was very friendly and courteous.

Beyond expectations, loved the place!!

The stay was amazing, as it surpassed all of our expectations. The moment we arrived, everything sort of fell into place. We were a party of twelve ( family and friends). The renters communicated everything really well. Checking in was so smooth and easy. From begining to the end of our trip, there was no need to contact the renters for they made sure to equipped the house with pretty much everything. The house was beyond what was advertised, and it was perfect for our crew of 12. We felt as if we'd never left home. This was an amazing stay, as we were really impressed with the Linen closet full of towels, bed sheets, pillow cases etc. We weren't expecting to have these extra so, and everything was cleaned and well sanitized. I have a lot of picky travelers, and not one ha so anything remotely negative to say about this place. It was an amazing stay, we're already planning for a summer trip and would love to be lucky enough that this place will be available for that stay. Thank you for making our stay, all it could be.

Beautiful Location and very spacious

This is a very large location. The space is very nice. The area around is also beautiful. I would HIGHLY suggest going for walks in the surrounding area. The utensils are under the microwave. We didnt realize there were utensils until the last day. The one knock, is the TVs are very old. They are not smart TVs. We wanted to play games on the downstairs TV but couldn't. Unless you bring a gaming system you can't watch any streaming services. We wanted to watch a show while it rained... but we couldn't. I would suggest mgmt either get a smartcast device or upgrade the TVs. It may seem small but there are a lot fun group activities where you need to smart cast.

Ocean Beach Rental home

Overall loved it. Online description said there was an ice maker and check out instructions said to put dishes in washer; we didn’t see one in kitchen. Some of the A/c vents need to be cleaned but overall place was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms could use updating but nice to have 3 of them. Loved short walk to beach and beach passes were nice.

Great location

Functional 4 bedroom with great location relative to Ocean Beach State Park with all the beach gear provided. A/C was great during a few really hot days. Would have loved to have a grill to BBQ out back. Would go back again.

As noted on our listing page and house manual/rules: We DO NOT provide an outdoor bbq grill at this property, you are welcome to bring your own. Reviews of the rental property and guest experience are designed to be based on what the property actually is, rather than how you would prefer it to be arranged. It is discouraging that our beach house rating was impaired based on amenities that are clearly NOT INCLUDED with the rental.

Wonderful, clean home, perfect for a beach weekend!

We had a group of 8 people and a small dog visiting for a summer weekend. The property was perfect for a small group, with amazing organization for amenities that some places do not provide; including supplies for beach (less than 2 blocks away). The kitchen and dining areas were great for our needs, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The event room (or the room of requirement as we called it) was great to have access to for any activities needed, from sleeping to playing games, or just another room to set up a table and chairs. The owner was very responsive to all communication and worked to make sure that everything went smoothly. Check in and check out were no issues. The only time there was a problem was an unfortunate instance of the basic cable being out. However, the owner did everything in his power to fix the issue in a timely manner. The neighborhood itself is beautiful. It is worth a simple walk to the waterfront to see the view at sunrise or sunset. The beach and boardwalk are great, with a large pool, mini golf, an arcade, and snack and cafes right on the water. This was a wonderful vacation, and I would recommend this house to anyone with a similar sized group!

Nice place.

We were a family of 5 going to Mysitc. There was plenty of room, though comfortable seating for tv watching was limited to 5 people. If you have more than 5, the others will have to sit on the wooden dining room chairs. Having a keurig was great. One thing to note is that the bathroom off the master bath is super small. Everyone ended up using the other two bathrooms. One thing to be careful carpet tacks, particularly where the carpet is joined with the kitchen and especially on the stairs going down to the basement. One of our party ended up cutting the back of his heel. We figured out what the issue was - some of the carpet tacks weren’t hammered in all of the way. It was probably a fluke and would only happen if you set your heel down close to the back joint of the stairs but it is something to be mindful of.

Great location!

All of us — 6 adults and 3 kids under 11 — enjoyed this property. We were only 2 blocks from the ocean beach gate. The A/C worked great! We appreciated having beach chairs and a wagon to bring things to the beach; and a hose right outside to wash off sand. Shampoo and body wash provided, but may be worth bringing loofahs as there weren’t many washcloths provided. Tips for others: the pull out couch in the basement has a really uncomfortable mattress, consider bringing a pad or comforter to pad it a bit. Also, an extra blanket would have helped get cozy in the cool basement bedroom. The house comes with some dishes and silverware; but we brought our own pan and spatula to make pancakes. The kitchen has a keurig; but you’ll need to bring the coffee pods and fresh sugar and creamer. We’d definitely stay here again!!! It was clean, comfortable, cozy, and convenient!

Had a wonderful trip

Fourteen of my friends and I rented this house in June and it was a great decision. The house was super clean and even closer to the beach than we expected. The owner was quick with responses and made our trip stress-free. We had a wonderful time at the beach using the beach passes that came with the house and the resturants around us were scenic and affordable. The security deposit was returned in less than 24 hours and we overall had an amazing stay.
