Wüste Morada Casita F

Desert Morada ist unser neuestes Anwesen und eine von 12 Garten-Maisonetten, die rund um einen erfrischenden Pool liegen. Alle Einheiten haben Hinterhöfe, Waschmaschinen und Trockner, WLAN-Internetzugang und Kabel-TV eingezäunt.  Haus F ist neu renoviert mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Vollbad mit Wanne. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett. Durch die neuen Fenster fällt viel natürliches Sonnenlicht. Der umzäunte Hinterhof bietet Blick auf mesquite Bäume und Wüstenlandschaften. Sichere, asphaltierte Parkplätze in einer ruhigen Straße. Sorgfältig eingerichtet, alle neuen Küchen und Bäder!  Neue Holzfliesen im gesamten Gebäude.  Günstig gelegen, zehn Autominuten von der Tucson Mall und tollen Restaurants entfernt.  Nicht weit von der University of Arizona und den umliegenden Krankenhäusern.
In den monatlichen Raten ist der Strom nicht enthalten - wir berechnen dies separat. Typische Stromrechnungen: Winter 50 USD pro Monat, Sommer 80-100 USD pro Monat.
Zusätzliche Gebühren - Für zusätzliche Gäste über 2 Jahren berechnen wir eine Gebühr. Dies gilt auch für Kinder. Zusätzliche Gästegebühr beträgt 20 USD pro Person und Nacht. Lassen Sie jemanden nur eine Nacht bleiben - für diese eine Nacht müssen Sie für diesen Gast bezahlen. Wir berechnen auch für Hunde - bitte keine anderen Haustiere! Die Gebühr für Haustiere beträgt 5 USD pro Tag und Haustier. Wenn Sie vor Ihrer Reservierung keine zusätzlichen Gebühren zahlen, werden die Gebühren verdoppelt. Das Ausrichten einer Party, Versammlungen außerhalb des Hauses, Hochzeiten, Begräbnisse, Zirkusse, Babypartys, Geburtstagsfeiern, Dinnerpartys usw. sind nicht gestattet und führen zur sofortigen Räumung.

Great location, value, and communication

Maria was very responsive and allowed us to extend our reservation, somewhat last minute, without any hesitation and also with a discount for staying longer than a week. Great Central location and very tidy property. But highly recommend!

Cute casitas!

This unit is comfortable and nicely appointed. We cook and rarely go out and the kitchen had everything we needed. The little private backyard was great for our dog.

“Tuxon” charm and comfort.

Great place for short or extended stay with friends

We met friends who stayed in a neighboring casita, providing us with plenty of space together, privacy, and outdoor area during the pandemic. The casitas are incredibly clean, quiet, well equipped, comfortable, with lots of outdoor areas. Plus they are located 10-15 minutes in every direction from everything you need and 30-45 minutes from incredible natural areas. I will definitely stay here again on a return visit to Tucson. Overall more than satisfactory. Location not easy to find, and for out-of-towners, especially so if you have to drive after dark. Manager very good and accommodating.

A home away from home!

My wife and I are travel nurses looking for a comfortable place to call home while we practice as medical professionals. The Casita was clean spacious and had all of the essentials needed to settle in comfortably. Although communication with property management wasn’t all that great, we appreciated all of the many amenities and little things from our stay. Thanks so much!

I looked back over the emails from this renter and see none, so not sure why he felt communication was lacking-our phone numbers are in our entry information, is in the house booklet and even on the back of the front door for easy access. We would not be interested in renting to these folks again due to the filthy condition they left our rental.

Convenient but uncomfortable furniture.

It was very convenient… only about 15 minutes from any where we needed to go. All was good except for the furniture which easy to clean but very uncomfortable to sit on. So slippery that you almost keep falling off.

We have leather furniture. Easier to keep clean than fabric and I don't slip off of it when I sit on it! Odd that these guests stated that-really odd. No other guest has stated that at any of our 15 leather clad rentals.

Home Away from home

We had booked this property for a much needed Christmas time with our family and suddenly my father passed away early in the month and we needed to rush to Tucson. By Gods grace and the amazing help of Maria the calendar was open for us to have a place to stay earlier than we planned. During this very tough times we had a few issues with hot water but they were quickly responded too. This was our 4th time staying at this property and we keep coming back .

Beautiful property

The Casitas were beautiful, well decorated and gorgeous. The gates are kind of a pain since you have to get out each time you enter to put in your pass code. There was some melted chocolate or something on one of my comforters and I found some broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher, but those are easily overlooked when compared to the comfort of the place. I was really impressed and so was my son. He liked it so much he is actually booking one to take his girlfriend too. The beds were super comfy, and all the furniture was nice. Though word for the ladies out there, if you have long fingernails, take a fork or something into the bathroom to flush the toilet with lol
