Relaxing vacation in Palm Springs!
We spent the month of February at the condo and enjoyed every day! Arrived to find the condo very clean, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. We loved having such great access to the pool and jacuzzi; just steps from the back patio. Great location,quiet neighbourhood, close to everything in Palm Springs. Communication and business transactions with the owners was professional, convenient and easy. We would definitely rent this property again!

This place is just beautiful !
We loved our say ! The place is super clean, everything is up to date and new. You are close to the airport, however you don't hear the airplanes (bonus). Nice and quiet here and at the same time only minutes from downtown. A king size bed in the master bedroom and a tv. What more could you want. The owners are great (just nice,nice people). I already miss breakfast at Coco's . Without a doubt I recommend staying here. The owners did an awesome job on perfecting this property. Thanks so much.

Great Mesquite Unit
We were very pleased with the updated decor and the appearance of the property. It was clean and well maintained with linens and many other necessities. The owners were extremely helpful with reservations or any questions and concerns. The location was great for walking or visiting down town, although my husband said it was to close to Stein Mart. We had friends staying at different units and they agreed our unit was the best. We hope to return again next year. Barry & Sally

Lisa and I purchased this property for it's close proximity to all amenities within North Scottsdale. Also the unit is only a few steps away from the pool and clubhouse making it extra special.

Unit is immaculate. Well maintained, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. The description and photos are accurate. Owners are helpful and attentive to your needs. Well located, near golf, airport, and downtown Palm Springs. Excellent walking and biking trails. Walking distance to two shopping centers. One of the best units in Mesquite.

Very clean, all amenities required for our convenience and comfort. Easy access, good parking, central location to Palm Springs activities and airport. Photos accurately reflected rental's appearance. Owner pleasant and helpful.

Excellent Unit
This is an end unit on the ground floor in Phase 4. It is very clean and well furnished. The back patio faces the pool and hot tub which is about 40 steps. The grounds in the complex are extremely well maintained. This is a great location if you like the Palm Springs area. It is close to all amenities and Palm Canyon Drive. I have stayed in a number of units in Phase 4 and like this unit the best. This is the reason I rent this unit each year. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I have found this to be an outstanding value given its location.

Mesquite condo
Nicely furnished ground floor unit--easy access . Close to pools. Clean and well maintained. Covered parking . Close to amenities in Palm Springs. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend .

Pool and clubhouse view with BBQ's directly outside our back deck for convenience. A couple miles away from TPC Scottsdale as well as Grayhawk for golfing, a few miles to Barrett Jackson auto auction. Walking distance to everything including Penske museum, auto dealerships, grocery shopping, restaurants, Fairmont Scottsdale, Mayo clinic and hiking trails. Larronata resort is in the center of everything Scottsdale has to offer! Enjoy!
