BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We comfortably fit 3 families in this place. The basement was an absolutely amazing entertaining space. The kids took advantage of the pool table and karaoke area. It was so comfortable and felt like Nashville! I would definitely stay here again! A++++

Perfect for our group of 8

This property was about15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The house was fun and spacious enough that we were not right on top of each other. The karaoke choices were fairly outdated and only one microphone worked but we still had a really great time with it. Overall I thought it was a fun place to stay. Some beds were comfy and others weren't as much. There were some things that had been overlooked by the cleaning crew for a while, but we weren't moving in so it didn't matter as much. Go and have yourself a great time, we sure did.

There are a multitude of good things to say about this property. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and needed a bigger place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for several people. When we walked it I was very pleased. It was a spacious house, very clean and was spot on with the pictures on the website. Supplies were also readily available. The host contacted me ahead of time regarding an issue with one of the bathrooms giving us time to make any necessary changes. Throughout our visit anytime that I contacted the host, they answered quickly. The area downstairs worked out great because it gave us an area to have fun without disturbing the other houseguest. It is also located near anything we needed. I like that it is close to downtown but far enough out of all the business. Plus, Ubers didn’t have an issue with finding it. The only complaint I would have is that the couch sits too low to the floor. For older people it was a challenge to get up. I would, without a doubt rent this place again. Great place and an excellent host. Thanks for making our wedding weekend an enjoyable one.

This is a great house with a Nashville vibe in a quiet neighborhood. A close Uber ride or drive to everything the city has to offer. The house has lots of amenities to keep you occupied. Both the inside areas and outdoor areas are very comfortable and useful. Would 100% stay again.

Friends gathering

We absolutely loved the house and location!! A group of us friends from the Indianapolis area met friends from Pensacola, Fl for 3 nights to visit, play games, sit by the fire pit, play pool and ping pong, listen to music, and collectively fix meals!! Caught up on each others’ lives, laughed a lot, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! Lots of room for the 8 of us and the decor suited us!! Beds were comfy and house had everything we needed!! Weather was beautiful during our stay!! Loved the long dining room table for group meals and cards/game playing!! Would recommend this house!!
