Alles für den besten Familienurlaub aller Zeiten. Wir haben einen neuen beheizten Pool / Whirlpool in einem mit dem Haus verbundenen Bildschirm. Schön, hell, hell und sehr sauber. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand, 400 m direkt über den Estero Boulevard, begünstigter Zugang zum Strand. Das Anwesen verfügt über ein eigenes Bootssteg am Kanal, 12 Minuten mit dem Boot vom Golf entfernt. Ein Block zum Supermarkt sehr in der Nähe von lokalen Restaurants und Restaurants, aber mit der voll ausgestatteten Küche müssen Sie nicht essen gehen. Jachthafen, Schiffsladen, Restaurants, Strand, Park und Estero Bay in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hunde sind am Strand an der Leine willkommen. Hunde sind in unserem Haus gegen Zahlung der Hundegebühr willkommen. (Es tut uns so leid, dass wir aufgrund von Allergien keine Katzen aufnehmen können.) Einer der Verwender, David oder Katie, bleibt normalerweise oben oder wir haben Freunde, die bleiben. So können wir alle Probleme beheben, die normalerweise schnell auftreten. Perfect, dog friendly vacation house.

David’s place was just right for me my husband and our golden-doodle and could have accommodated more guests.The house is on a peaceful canal, a very short walk to the beach and has a lovely pool and hot tub. Coffee and breakfast at the dockside table became a habit. The house and the yard were meticulously clean and well kept, and the kitchen was well equipped. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and having the use of the bicycles was a bonus. David was a wonderful host very easy to talk with and very invested in us having a good time. Being only a block away from Publix also made life easier. We will be reserving again for next year.

Quick trip to Ft. Myers Beach

It was nice to get back to Ft. Myers beach. The house is spacious, clean, well appointed, and the pool and hot tub did not disappoint. The channel view is nice. Able to fish off the dock. The beach is just a 3 minute walk. Publix is also a very short walk which might be one of the best things about this location. The owner has bikes to ride which were a lot of fun and necessary at times on the island. The owners also live upstairs in a private suite and are able to help if anything is needed. They are wonderful people. Our family will be back. Just keep in mind the island is still recovering, but most things are open again.

Awesome location and amenities abound.

Stay was amazing, very close to beach. Wonderful pool/hot tub and fishing off dock. We enjoyed everything this property has. Very family friendly. Owners were very accommodating. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Great location on Fort Meyers Beach

This unit has a terrific location right next to the beach and with great amenities including a pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, laundy and fishing dock. One of the better stocked VRBOs we've ever stayed in and David & Katie are always nearby and available if you should need anything. We had a great family vacation.

Great Location. Great Beach. Very quiet.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was clean, neat, efficient and very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach was very easy (the cart provided with the chairs and umbrellas was a big +). The Publix is literally 1 block away which made it easy to get any thing we needed. Nice restaurants were also very close. We will definitely return again.

Beautiful peaceful property

My Mom, our Yorki and I stayed for 11 days. It was quiet and absolutely beautiful. The property is close enough to restaurants and attractions for convenience and far enough away for peace and quiet. The pool is wonderful and so is the canal access and distance to the marina. It was a perfect getaway.

Great Family Getaway

Had a wonderful time! Very clean house with hosts that went above and beyond expectations. Despite the damage that remains from the hurricane, Fort Myers did not disappoint. Very little open on the island, but the drive inland was not a real issue for us as it might be for some. The Publix a short block away was a Godsend for even little things.

Wonderful property in an amazing location

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home in June and it was an absolutely perfect vacation. The hosts had wonderful attention to detail and were very responsive to any questions I had. It was clean, had plenty of space, comfortable, and the pool is fantastic! We had so much fun fishing off of the dock and kayaking. We hit the beach everyday and the short walk to the beach and to the grocery store made it incredibly convenient. I would absolutely stay there again.

Overall fun time!

5 adults, 1 eight year old, and a toddler had a great vacation! The pool is wonderful - they had a lot of pool toys and floats. Very short walk to the beach! My only criticism is that the beds were uncomfortable and noisy (creaks with slightest movement).

Beach family vacation

David and Katie's place was fantastic! It has everything you want in a family vacation. The kids spent hours playing in the pool and hot tub. The beach is only a 5 min walk from the house. The bikes were great for exploring the island and checking everything out. We rented kayaks from David and Katie and launched them from their backyard in the canal. We saw dolphins multiple times kayaking in the bay. They are also located in the middle of the island, away from the hustle and bustle on the northern end of the island. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Our favorite place!

This was a great place to stay to visit the beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast of Florida! We had more than enough room for our family of 6. Our hosts were very helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They had everything and more for us to use there. We were able to catch a few catfish right outside the house! Also, we took full advantage of their nice pool and hot tub every night. We walked right across the road to Fort Meyers beach with the beach wagon and chairs provided by David and Katie and even hauled them in our rental car to Lovers Key State Park beach, Marco Island, Sanibel Island and Captiva. We are already planning our next trip to come back and stay again!

Fun in the sun

Everything you need without all the crowds. Their was plenty of room on the beach, the owners had chairs, toys and an umbrella for our use. The Publix is a block away, and we rode bikes everywhere we needed to go.....the new pool and hot tub was ideal in the afternoon to get out of the sun that had done enough damage on the beach in the morning.....great hosts

Very beautiful and cozy vacation home, A home away from home

Lovely home, very clean and spacious. Even comes with a washer and dryer for your convienence. My parents love to fish, so the dock and fishing poles were the most peaceful treat for them. This home has more than enough space, so that everyone feels they are in their own spaces, with a nice size living space. Perfect for walking distance to the beach, or a bike ride, I personally enjoyed the Publix being a block away for shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again for our next vacation to Fort Myers Beach!

We are a professional couple who grew up in the Chicago area but are world travelers. Our dream is to have a home in Ft Myers Beach and one in Alaska. This home is the first half of that dream but at 3600 SQ ft. it's more than we need so you get the bottom unit! That unit is 1625 sq ft. For 8 months of the year From November to June we are at the property and are now residents. We stay upstairs and have our own private outside entrance. We use the pool area once a day but only when your at the beach or out for dinner. It works quite well. This is the BEST area on the whole island. Central Location and Quiet. and so close to the beach. You can watch Dolphins in the canal 25' from the house. We have a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. And a screen over all. Very nice sitting area around pool. The new dock is just fantastic area to sun or chill. Allot of lounges and chairs provided. Bring your own boat and tie it to the dock.

At first light take your coffee and walk to the beach. Dogs are welcome on a leash while on the beach. Go north or south it doesn't matter because there's miles of beach in either direction. The best time to hunt for seashells is in the morning after a storm. or during low tide. Sometimes you will walk across 100s of star fish that washed up during the night or maybe a sand dollar or two. If you get hungry or thirsty there is always a wonderful restaurant nearby. 3 bicycles are provided if you want to use and a new beach wagon, 4 beach chairs and 3 fishing poles are available... Any problem that may arise we can correct fast. And if we’re not around our maintenance man can be there soon. Location Location Location. Need we say more? We stay up stairs with private entrance during the winter months November to June. We do share pool and pool deck but in a private responsible way we wait until you go to the beach then use the pool. It works quite well and you stay private and distanced.. the whole downstairs of house is yours and very private. Cleaned above world health and CDC standards, and beach is open. STR Rental#19-1380
