Dieses komfortable familienfreundliche Haus liegt direkt gegenüber vom Strand.
Schöne, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bäder komplett eingerichtet, nur 100 Schritte vom Zugang zum Strand. Diese Unterkunft bietet Platz für 10 Personen. Die Betten bestehen aus einer Königin im Hauptschlafzimmer, einer Königin im 2. Schlafzimmer, Doppelstockbetten im dritten Schlafzimmer und einem Queensize-Schlafsofa. Große Terrassen mit Gartenmöbeln, Tisch und Sonnenschirm. Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind im Erdgeschoss. Upstairs hat offenen Grundriss mit Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich und ein halbes Bad. Kabel-TV mit Netflix in jedem Zimmer und WLAN im gesamten Gebäude. Unter dem Haus befindet sich eine Dusche, ein Wasserhahn, ein Schlauch, ein Picknicktisch, zwei bequeme Stühle und ein Grill. Neue Memory-Foam-Matratze auf dem Schlafsofa. Alle Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kissen und Matratzenauflagen sind brandneu. Wir bieten die Verwendung eines Tandemfahrrades mit Helmen an und haben 6 Boogie-Boards verschiedener Größen und ein Skimboard. Ein 60-Liter-Rollkühler ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir haben 8 Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Es gibt neun Badetücher über der Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch ein Baby- / Haustiertor. Wir haben sogar eine elektrische Eismaschine für die Familie. Es gibt einen Echo-Punkt, damit Sie bei Alexa einchecken können. Amazon-Musik ist mit drahtlosen Lautsprechern verfügbar.
Kenneth Batts Park liegt etwas mehr als eine Meile nördlich. Genießen Sie einen Spielplatz, Picknicktische, einen Basketballplatz und einen Sumpfspaziergang. Bitte sehen Sie Fotos. Der Southsound Park liegt direkt über der Zugbrücke und bietet einen Spielplatz, Picknicktische und viele Freiflächen, um entlang des Intercostal zu laufen.

Perfect location for the beach/surf city restaurants and house was very clean. We were there on Labor Day weekend and loved the large tv for college football games!! House has beach gear so you don’t have to pack as much and our son loved using the boogie boards!

We had an amazing trip to Surf City, NC and this home had such a positive impact on our experience. The location is excellent, the beach is literal steps from the door. Everything you could want or need is within 20 minutes driving distance. The home is incredibly comfortable and nicely appointed. It seems as though the hosts have thought of practically everything, almost any need/desire was anticipated and taken care of. Some requests I had initially were a large pot for a seafood boil, a crockpot, and a kiddie pool - all of which were on site already for guest use. There are plenty of linens and towels and a storage area packed with beach gear. We travelled with my teen/young adult children, their friends, and three dogs and the house was plenty spacious. We all had areas where we could come together to hang out, but also enough privacy. Even the couch is large enough to accommodate us all for movie nights. Kristin was very easy to get in touch with and provides tons of information and details. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

We had a wonderful time at this house!! It was very clean and nice when we arrived. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. It is very close to the crossover and the beach was never crowded. The outdoor shower is huge and a great feature. It’s somewhat secluded so you get really nice privacy. We definitely want to stay here again next year.

Birthday Beach Vacation

Kristin was a great host. Her home was comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for our family. It was very clean and had provisions needed for our vacation. We were celebrating my granddaughter’s 5th birthday and I had mentioned this to Kristin and she had balloons waiting for us. My granddaughter was so excited. Perfect getaway and just steps from the beach

Great Quiet Beach Getaway

This house is perfect for a quiet, beach getaway! Great location, easy and quick walk to the beach, the house has everything you need and more, plenty of room, super clean, easy check-in process, located close to plenty of shops and places to eat, plenty of parking and outdoor space. Only minor issue we had was that the dryer did not dry our clothes well and took a couple cycles for things to fully dry but we only needed to wash a few things so this was minor! We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend!

Gracious Host - Comfortable Property

The property is quite comfortable, from the couches in the living room to the queen beds. There is a TV for your viewing wherever you find yourself. There is lots to do just a short drive from this property: restaurants (Low Tide Steak House was our favorite; also Beach Shop and Grill), miniature golf, art galleries, gift shops with delicious chocolate. Kristin is a wonderful host and was readily available to answer any questions we had.

Topsail getaway

We love staying at Kona Winds. This year was our fifth year there. We love the seclusion provided by the trees. The house is always clean and the size provides enough space for our family. The chair with the lamp is great for crafting and reading. The kitchen is great because we cook alot.The beach equipment provided in the storage room outside is always useful to us. I have been vacationing on Topsail Island for 27 years and this is our favorite house to stay in.

Amazing Stay

The home was beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and linens were all provided. We had our family of 6 with kids ranging from 4-19. We all enjoyed the nature surrounding the home as it was one of the few that still had wooded features surrounding. Beach access was super close and easy to get to. We would definitely book again for a Surf City vacation!

Great Vacation at Kona Wind

We absolutely love this home. It was exceptionally clean. Kristin and Tim supply you with everything you could possibly need. It has a fully stocked kitchen and a nice variety of spices. The bathrooms have fresh towels ready for you. The bedrooms have nice bed linens and the beds are extremely comfortable. The living room furniture is very comfortable with plenty of seating and a nice big dining room table for family meals. You are nestled back in the trees and setting on the upper deck makes you feel like you are in a tree house. There is a picnic table under the house with additional seating. The outdoor shower is very nice when coming back from the beach. The public access is just across the street .. it's a very short walk with a sandy walkway leading to stairs down to the beach and soft sand at the bottom. Down in the storage room Kristin and Tim supply a variety of beach toys, chairs, large cooler. Beach towels are above the washer and dryer. It is very close to downtown Surf City and if your looking for a place that serves great food you have to try High Waters. The girls there are the best and the chef is great. Kristin was a pleasure to work with and I can't say enough good things about this home. We hope you and your family enjoy your stay as much as we did. It truly made for a great vacation. Tim, my husband of 35 years, and myself have always wanted a place at the beach. Tim's family spent many summer vacations and Thanksgivings on Topsail creating so many memories for his family as well as ours including our three children.
We have been empty nesters for about 10 years and decided we could take this challenge. I am the designated property manager (Kristin) and am thoroughly enjoying making this not only a home for our family but for all we share this home with.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We really love the south end of Topsail Island which is included in Surf City. We are just a short distance from all the activities 2 miles south of the traffic turn about.
We love the privacy the grove of holly trees give that the house is nestled in. Not only does this provide privacy but it also provides protection from the elements. The house sits off the road and so it is very quiet and relaxing.
We also feel it is a great property for anytime during the year not just summer.

This is a family home. Please treat it with care. That being said, much care is taken to create a beautiful, eclectic atmosphere as well as superior comfort as I only purchase the most comfortable bedding for all rooms.
Also, an Echo Dot in the living area and downstairs foyer makes asking about the weather, etc. from Alexa an added convenience.
