Beautiful villa, precisely as advertised on a quiet residential area approx 25 minutes walk from the beach and local supermarket. The villa was clean , well furnished and very comfortable, everything provided to ensure a happy stay for our family. Ada was brilliant in setting up the arrangements and very responsive to any queries we had. Porches is lovely, some great restaurants nearby and everyone extremely friendly to visitors.I would thoroughly recommend this villa and Ada to anyone with a family group or friends group who wanted a chilled, fun holiday. Thanks Ada we had a fabulous time

A lovely vacation

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the villa. The surroundings are magnificent and the villa was perfect for us. Both children an adults enjoyed the pool very much.

Fabulous stay, in a fabulous villa, with fabulous communication between ourselves and our hosts

Everything you could want for a vacation in the beautiful Portuguese sunshine, we had a little hic up with the WiFi on day one, but the hosts were very responsive and soon had it sorted for us. We had everything we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable stay - the pool was especially good during the very hot days. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our holiday in your beautiful villa

Wonderfully relaxing

Beautiful property in a lovely location, all of us (adults and children) enjoyed the house and most importantly the pool every day for the whole week. No complaints, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic villa

We spent two weeks at villa acacia and had a great time, the villa is massive and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need,we are a family of ten and loved the pool, the welcome pack was a lovely gesture, the only downside was the WiFi, the mini router is not enough for such a big house.

Just perfect!

We had a very lovely time in the Villa! The house is very spacious, inside as well as outside. The pool is just great. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. All bedrooms are large and the bathrooms comfortable. We all had a very good time and would definitely recommend the house and area. We hope to come back some day!

Family holiday

The villa is lovely, very comfortable & very clean. There were 9 of us staying there ages ranging from 9-68. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The pool was nice, the children spent a lot of time in there and there was plenty of seating around the pool for everyone else. The only real problem we had was the cab drivers didn’t seem to know where it was and dropped us at the wrong villa but the owner was very quick at helping sort it out, so the only thing I would say is the number of the villa needs to be displayed outside the front gate so it’s easier to spot. It’s a lovely quiet area, we never heard anyone around us even though the villa is on a street (it’s a very quiet street) We would definitely go and stay again.

Our home from home

What a wonderful villa! It had everything we could wish for. It was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a group of 6 adults and three little girls. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The pool area was incredible with comfortable loungers and lovely outdoor dining furniture. Spent a lot of time in the pool with the children. Although the pool wasn't heated it was lovely once you were in!! We loved the garden. Our toddler granddaughter loved touching and smelling the different variety of flowers and herbs. The hammock was a favourite place for her sisters. This holiday was planned to spend quality family time together. Vila Acacia was the perfect place for this. It really was the perfect Home from Home. We hope to go back again.

A jewel

The owners description does not do the villa justice. This is one of the best villas we have ever had the good fortune to stay at The villa is totally private, the area is extremely quiet, but close enough to the local amenities. Large supermarket is within walking distance, main centre a five minute drive. The villa was extremely clean, there were sufficient utensils/equipment. There were so many different sitting areas outside, that even a large family can have their own privacy from each other if required. Internally there is plenty of space although we spend all our time outside. The grandchildren could not be prised from the swimming pool, which was well maintained and large. We could not fault the villa and would happily recommend to family and friends. I would have no hesitation returning to the villa if i visited the area again.

Simply the Best!!!

This property is beautiful. Large rooms. 2 master suites. Lovely tile work everywhere. The property was spotless upon our arrival. This is probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. There was a lovely arrival basket with milk, bread, cheese and ham and a bag of chips. (Oh yes, and wine)! We despertely needed this as we were 7 hours late for our arrival in Porches due to the customes strike at the Lisbon Airport. I truly cannot say enough good things about this home. It is lovely both inside and out. We were a family of 6. Five adults and 1 child. We had plenty of room. We loved the swimming pool and outside dining area. I was concerned that the pool might be too cold to swim in, but that was not the case. The cover helps tremendously. Our weather hovered around 75f everyday and the pool was a pleasure to swim in. The close proximity to several beaches is such a benefit. Even a drive to Sagres was only 70 minutes. Several good restuarants are within a 10 minute drive. And yet, you have fields around your vila. We had the goats with their shepard and dogs come by the house every morning. This was a huge delight to our grandson! If you love nature, this is the house for you! The gardens are beautiful and there are many many birds to watch. Sunsets from the top patio are a delight. This was a truly unforgetable vacation for our family. And thank you Ida for providing such a special home to us to stay. Thank you

Super schöner Aufenthalt

Super schöne Villa in Porches. Von der Villa aus ist die Algarve mit dem Auto aus super zu erkunden. Die Villa war super sauber und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit Ida war super. Wir konnten ohne Probleme früher einchecken und später auschecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vila Acacia ist ein Traum

Die Vila ist großzügig angelegt und in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist zu Fuß 15 min. entfernt. Auch Grillen auf der Terrasse mit einem gemauerten Holzkohlegrill ist möglich! Alles in allem sind wir sehr begeistert und wir können uns vorstellen hier wieder einmal Urlaub zu machen!
