Perfect house for our trip

We absolutely loved the house! It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood, yet still close to the site seeing destinations we planned to visit. The house is very spacious and the host was quick to respond to my messages.

Superb House

Beautiful Hollywood Hills Home

Our stay was great! It was so much better than staying at a hotel. The location was close to everything, freeways, attractions, the valley and Hollywood. The host promptly answered all my questions about the property. It made us feel welcome. This was an ideal home to stay at for myself and my family.

The Perfect Place

My family and friends stayed here when we traveled to LA. This House was everything we needed and more. Lots of space, very clean and we loved the patio. The host was very responsive and friendly! We will definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t ask for more!!!

This property was by far the best I’ve stated in while in Los Angeles. The pictures don’t do the house any justice. Beautiful views, spacious rooms, lovely amenities and an all around great home. The host was also great and responsive. Highly recommended.

Great place!!

I booked this place for my birthday weekend and I was pleasantly surprised. First off, the pictures didn't do this property any justice. It's way bigger than it looks. The property had everything we needed to cook and clean and the communication with Marina was extremely quick. I would absolutely recommend this place for booking. Two things I will mention we had trouble with was the oven and the microwave. I did not reach out to Marina about the oven, just because it wasn't a big deal and we used the stove top instead. As far as the microwave, sometimes after it's used, it will randomly start by itself with nothing inside. Not sure why that happens, but it was more creepy than anything lol. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again in the future!

Thank you for the review! We just found the oven door was not closing correctly apparently the guests before force it and the microwave is very strange...we just replaced it 2 weeks ago. Is brand new so we will check it out

Marina was a really excellent host! We had some issues with the water being hit but she was super responsive and made sure It was fixed right away. Will definitely stay again!

Very spacious, close to tourist attractions and easy access to main freeways.

This home holds a large number of people, has nice kitchen area and the bedrooms and bath areas were pleasant. The kitchen utensils and baking/cookware were meager. We had to purchase a sharp cutting knife. The A/C was not working properly and several window shades were not functional. It offers easy access to multiple popular attractions.

Unfortunately I wasn't informed until later that the AC wasn't working properly and we replace blinds weekly because guests treat them without care. Guests were hard to communicate and non responsive. I always respond promptly to any needs so I would have bought anything they need

Amazing Stay!!

This was my third year renting a home for my annual LA trip. Marina is by far the best host I’ve encountered! The house was beautiful and in a great location. Marina’s housekeeper was a lovely woman who taught us how to properly use all of the appliances before leaving. I would definitely consider staying here next year again.

Perfect home for groups/families

Visited LA area for a family wedding/reunion - we had plenty of room in this large modern, clean home. The master bedroom (w/ attached shower and tub) itself was perfect for my family of 4 - 4 y/o slept with us in the King and my 10 month old was in a pack and play. 2 other bedrooms (King + Queen, I believe) and bathroom upstairs, 1 bedroom/queen and bath on the main level, and another bedroom w/ queen and small futon in the basement. New appliances. Enclosed patio area. Thank you so much to Marina who was incredibly flexible and quick to respond to any inquiries. Highly recommend this space if you are traveling with a group!

Amazing, beautiful house in the hills!

My friends and I decided to spend the weekend in LA and found this beautiful house on HomeAway. The host was very accommodating, friendly, and replies fairly fast! I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a house near Hollywood Blvd with a large space for friends or family! Would definitely book my weekend here again with Marina!
