Our stay was very enjoyable overall. The home offered plenty of space, making it comfortable for our large group to relax and enjoy our time together. The neighborhood also felt safe and welcoming, regardless of the time of day, which added to the positive experience. The only challenge we encountered was that the air conditioning on the upper level of the home did not cool as effectively as the lower level. Once this was communicated to property management, fans were promptly provided, which was appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property to others. Any additional feedback or suggestions for improvement that we feel may be beneficial will be communicated directly to property management.

I met nine family members from FL and NY at the house. I went to Atlanta, Stone Mountain and Panola Mountain. The house was centrally located which was wonderful. The house was big enough for all of us to have separate spaces when sleeping. Great trip.

The photos are very deceptive. Upon arrivel the first thing I noticed was the white front door covered with dirt and smudges on the glass.Once inside we noticed that the house was not clean! The glass door and windows were covered with hand prints and other smudges. The baseboards and rugs was extremely dirty. We rent homes often, and all agreed that this was the first one we have ever experienced in such bad state. Finally, the outdoor seating areas were not cleaned. Stay away from this place. It looks nothings like the pictures!

The photos accurately represent the property so guests know exactly what to expect. Many guests have mentioned that the home looks just like the pictures. The guest shared their concern only the night before checkout, so unfortunately I didn’t have the opportunity to address it during the stay. Weekend in Atlanta

We came down for a celebration of life that was being held in Jonesboro and needed a house for 7 adults, including two elderly parents. We needed 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with at least 1 bed and bath on the main level. This house was perfect. The downstairs is huge and would be great for kids but we only used it to sleep two adults! The main level was perfect for all 7 of us when we were hanging out during the weekend! The property manager was great and we have absolutely no complaints!

Beautifully remodeled home; plenty of space to move around

My group and I truly enjoyed this home. The exterior area was decent but the inside was awesome. Owners are currently sprucing up the exterior. I'm sure it will look just as great as the inside once complete. My only request would have been that there was sufficient outside lighting for the addition to the back deck and that the materials needed to use the fire pit were available, but those are very small things. The beds were comfortable. I loved the open floor plan in the common area. I definitely recommend this home for large groups.

Nice but….

The house was very nice and the bottom floor looks to be newly renovated and the kids loved the game room. My only issue was the cleanliness of the over all house. The bottom of my two year old nephews feet were BLACK just from walking around on the wood floors!! The upstairs floors needs a good cleaning/mopping. The 1st bedroom to the right has a huge stain on the floor, the 2nd bedroom too the right the ceiling fan was super wobbly to the point where it couldn’t even be used due to it hitting the ceiling when turned on. Also the pink pillow in the bedroom on the left of the hallway was very nasty and needed to be cleaned and at least one of the beds was hard as a rock! It was almost impossible to get comfortable. Over all it wasn’t a bed experience I just wish it was cleaner and the top floor looks as nice as the renovated area downstairs.

We have addressed these issues with our cleaning staff. That being said, I wish you had informed us of this on arrival, or even during your stay when we checked up on you several times. This was not present when we booked and our booking for this “Family” theme rental an accurate count of adults and children. We booked this rental for a weekend hangout/get-together of two families, with kids, and chose this property based on the number of beds and because the table can seat 8 people. Pros: *The table seats 8 people, so we could do meals with both families at the same time. *No knick-knacks for us to worry about with the kids. *Each family had their own space with a communal space in between. *The kitchen had new appliances a reasonable amount of things in it (including divided kiddie plates). *Prior to and during our stay, Dasi was very responsive, getting back in less than an hour in all cases. She was also very accommodating with arrival/departure times, offering to change them for us if we needed. Cons: *The solid floors were dirty. We don’t wear shoes indoors and our feet were black at the end of the day. *The 3 tier coffee table in the photos is just as weird and dangerous to shins as it looks. Kids and adults kept clipping themselves on the pointy edges and it wasn’t level enough to put a drink on. We ended up pushing it against the wall, out of the way. *We were charged our full security deposit because Dasi claimed we broke the coffee table and it needed to be replaced. We reached out to Dasi when we saw this charge but she is suddenly unresponsive. (Renter beware) *There appears to be mold in the bottom of the left side master bedroom closet, below the line of new paint. *Two of the screens on the back porch were cut/ripped out, but still had jagged bits of screen left at the bottom. *There was a bunch of construction stuff piled at the end of the driveway and the area near the porch had old construction sticking up through the ground. *Only the upper floor is on HVAC. The middle and lower floors were cold, even with the weather in the low 70s. There were stand heaters provided and lots of blankets, but still, brrr. *The two items I had specifically asked Dasi about prior to arriving (bakeware and garbage bags) were not present, despite assurances. Other things of note that weren’t necessary a pro or con: *All of the bedding had an overwhelming floral scent. *There was no place to dry dishes and the dishwasher was slow. We bought plates, bowls, silverware, gladware, and bags and left the extras.

Although I appreciate the fact that you left a review, indicating some of the house benefits, I feel the strong need to correct the impression that your review may leave - since it does not reflect the correct status of the house maintenance level as well as my behavior as the host. The house, which includes game room, was and still is "suitable for children". This status haven't changed before or after your stay. After each check out, a cleaning and maintenance team are preparing the house for the next guest. The coffee table was in good condition before you checked in, and was found broken after you checked out. That is why you were charged for your damage deposit. The coffee table was replaced after your stay. I'm more than disappointed you used the term "scam" but you wouldn't have been charged for it if you (or member of your group) weren't responsible for the damage. I'm sorry that you decided to write your complains publicly only after you were charged for the damages (since you privately wrote me during your stay that everything is good). As for the AC, the house is only two floors and both are on HVAC. Bakeware and garbage bags are both provided (as well as plenty of silverware). I could easily tell you where to look for it, if only you let me know you didn't find it. The dishwasher as well as all the rest of the house appliances are brand new (two months old). As a host, guest satisfaction is very important to me, that's why I'm always open to any based suggestions or reviews. Best, Dasi

The property was exactly as pictured and listed. We had plenty of space for families coming together from 3 different states. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping and the freeway. Property management communication was excellent! I would highly recommend this property!

Great spaces but not quite what we expected.

First, the property owner was lovely to communicate with and very responsive! We also had a great time in this rental—the open floor plan in the main living and all the good sized bedrooms really worked for a big family get together. The porch outdoor space was so great for hanging out and letting toddlers explore safely! Most of the beds are very comfortable and there are many of them! The pictures make the place look stunning, and while it is well decorated, the place is not in great shape with fixtures falling out of the wall, and slightly broken things here and there. One of us actually fell through one of the beds where a slat was missing just trying to sit up in bed 😆. Everything is usable but a lot is just sort of in a state of disrepair. A couple of weird things such as the bath towels provided were kid-sized (this made for a few laughs with the adults who literally could not find a bath towel big enough to reach around), and the downstairs bedroom is actually a huge garage conversion with 3 of the beds and no privacy between them (not great for adults but might be awesome for kids/teens!! I would have loved something like that with my cousins growing up!). The biggest inconvenience was how unclean the place was. Within 30 mins of being there, the kids’ feet were super dirty from running around on the indoor floors which just felt gritty and sticky. There were gross spots of things smeared on a few walls we cleaned off upon arrival, the coffee pot still had coffee in it, and so on. It just seemed like the beds had been made and 12 glade plug-ins had been installed all around the house everywhere—some falling out and dripping hazardously, all really overwhelming the house with strong scent. I’m sure this is probably not always the case, as the cleaners were very rushed before us and running late for check-in which the owner was very apologetic about. I’d like to assume it is typically A LOT cleaner than we found it. Overall, I think it is definitely a good spot for a family hang-out where everyone has space to be on their own and together, but the pictures are very flattering.
