This condo has new bathrooms, new kitchen, new flooring. My only suggestion to potential guests is please consider reading the other 38 reviews on VRBO for this property which have an over rating of 4.8 Stars out of 5.0 There was a cleaning issue when guest arrived which was brought to our attention and cleaners returned to take care of it. Hello Anna - some of the issues we were unaware of so thanks for pointing them out as they are easy fixes, those being the drain and the table legs. In fact had you reported them upon arrival I would have sent someone to take care of all the issues. We often rely on guests and/or cleaning companies to report these things to us. I will also get in there to see what the issue is with shelfs. As for the washing machine this is very common with front load washers and most units actually have label instructing guests to keep the door of washer open as much as possible. With the humidity the washer dampness just will not dry up. It is not a cleanliness issue it is just a common place issue when living in this environment. Same actually goes for the vents. That is not mold, it's dust/dirt that sticks to the vents. It sticks because when warm air from open doors comes in contact with the code metal vents the dust sticks to it. These get wiped down on a regular basis but not necessarily during each cleaning. Fortunately for us and the owner none of the items would be considered major work and can be easily taken care of. To future potential guests reading the above review all I can say read the all reviews, descriptions, and view the photos. This residence is not upgraded and not advertised nor depicted as such. You will also see that on VRBO we have a total of 33 reviews for this residence with a 4.5 out of 5.0-star rating. The review above was submitted by an individual who obviously booked a vacation residence that did not meet his family’s space, room décor, and pillow composition requirements. Read his claims, then view the description and photos. No misrepresentation, case closed. I did in fact offer a refund after first night because as I told him it was obvious there was nothing, I would be able to do to please him. He declined my offer and instead requested a refund from his credit card company to which I submitted a 19-page rebuttal to his false claims. If any future guest would like to read this rebuttal to get all the facts related to the claims made by this guest, please let me know I will send you a copy.
