A must book

Me and my partner recently booked a 5 day stay and were extremely impressed with this place. The location is in a quiet community, allows for travel without needing to use I-25(aside from leaving the airport), and is very easy to get to.The host was super friendly, super responsive, and overall went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, quiet, and close to stores. Kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and everything else to make meals. We went for the golf. The three courses we played were close to the apartment and reasonably priced.I recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Denver Colorado.

Fantastic!!

The suite was clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped and great extra touches (coffee and tea pods, shampoo, conditioner, water). Impressive space

This apartment was a delight to stay in. It was extremely clean and upscale, the owner left had snacks and drinks available, the steam shower was very relaxing. It’s in a safe neighborhood and we never worried about our things or our safety. I highly recommend it, and the host was available for any questions or concerns.

Very clean and aesthetically appealing. Check in was flawless. We were comfortable and pleased with the basement apartment. There were many odd doors that were locked leading to ?? The kitchen and bar are split into two rooms so cooking or making coffee required us to go back and forth between the two rooms. Everything was clean and new. We loved the heated bathroom floors! Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Amazing host and property

I was very pleased with my stay at this property. The host went above and beyond to welcome me and ensure my comfort . The property was immaculate and full of modern amenities. I also enjoyed the beautiful flowers and well kept outdoor areas. I was here on a solo trip. Due to a mixup of plans I was on site majority of my stay. I felt very at home and relaxed. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy home away from home !

Immaculate + Comfortable + Great Location = Superb!

Amazing 7 day stay at this apartment hosted by Andreas. We loved the location, as it was close to everything, and the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. We spent some time on the private patio enjoying the mild weather and snuggling with the resident kitty, Gato. The interior looks brand new with furnishings and décor are modern and simple allowing plenty of space for your personal belongings. The bathroom is spacious and has a steam shower, which was super nice after a day of hiking or physical activities. Oh, and the heated floors were a nice touch! Andreas has thought of everything! Will stay here again the net time we visit.

A TRUE GEM IN SOUTH DENVER

Husband and I stayed for 8 nights while we combined a work/play vacation. Could not have made a better choice for a home base while we visited Denver and the outlying areas. This luxury apartment had all we needed to make our stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Our host had put a lot of thought into making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was super clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed to eat-in if we so chose. Towels and linens were of the best quality. The bed was comfortable. The steam shower was AWESOME! Andreas was the perfect host and a delight to get to know. If we ever come back to Denver, I hope this apartment will be available! It's the best!

Fabulous!

This property is one of the best if not THE BEST! Super clean and spacious and has all the amenities you could possibly want. The only thing I would say other than PERFECT is to just be aware that there are stairs leading to the apartment. Andreas was a wonderful host and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect apartment

The apartment is spacious and was immaculately clean! The little touches of water bottles, pop and snacks were a nice touch. The apartment included everything you could possibly need. Definitely recommend!

Parents nest during the holidays

This place was the perfect escape for my parents while visiting here at Thanksgiving. They absolutely loved their stay and were amazed by the property. They also commented on the snow removal, which was superb, especially since my dad can have trouble with stairs.

Great stay

Very nice basement apartment with all ammeneties. Nice kitchen, comfortable furniture, big tv with plenty to watch. We really enjoyed the heated tile floors and the steam shower in the bathroom. Beautiful clean patio with spacious yard. 420 friendly outside on the patio was a plus. Andreas was a great host being inviting, but also non intrusive on our stay. Wonderful place to stay and would definitley stay again. 30 mins to Red Rocks 20 mins to downtown Denver. Thanks again Andreas.

22 Days On The Road And 17 Nights In This Peaceful Abode

A little late with this review...we completed a sixteen day stay at Andreas's rental in early October. We found it to be most comfortable, quiet and impressively appointed! Andreas did a lot of the remodel himself and his attention to detail is precise and exacting. With a very short drive to University Blvd., we were very close to the humming network of roadways that connect Denver and the suburbs...quite a change from our sleepy little town on the southern Oregon coast. We left feeling very rested and well entertained many times with our growing family...and started planning for a return trip next year. Thank you so much and well done, Andreas!

Perfect Rental for Couples

This rental is in a very nice residential location and close to all points of interest. The apartment is very cozy and perfect for a couples getaway. You have your on entry and we were very surprised to find it stocked with water, sodas, snakes and coffee! Andreas greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel at home. He is a great host. If you are looking for a place in Denver that is close to public transportation, plenty of options for shopping and going out to eat this place is it!
