This bright, third-floor setup combines the 1343 condo and 1344 studio, giving guests two sleeping areas, two bathrooms, and added privacy.

Living Area: Comfortable living area with a fireplace, Smart TV, and natural light, ideal for relaxing after work or a day out.
Workspace: Quiet desk setup for remote work or catching up on emails.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, cookware, dishes, utensils, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and the essentials for cooking at home.
Laundry: Dedicated in-unit washer and dryer in the 1343 side for convenience, especially for longer stays.
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with closet storage and easy access to the main living area.
Studio Suite: King bed with a Smart TV, wet bar, mini fridge, glassware, and a private bathroom.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, one connected to the studio suite and one conveniently located near the main bedroom and living area.

Guest Access

Self check-in is available through secure keyless entry with a unique smart lock code provided before arrival.

Free, unassigned parking is available in any unmarked spot.

Guests may use the seasonal pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day from 8 AM to 10 PM, and the courtyard charcoal BBQ grills. Please bring your own charcoal.

Accessibility Note

This is a third-floor unit with stair access only. There is no elevator in the building.

House Rules

Maximum 4 guests. No parties, no smoking inside the unit or on the balcony, and no pets. USPS mail is not available for guests.
