Great Stay

Condo was great, very accommodating for our family of 6, and friends family of 4. Doesn’t face the ocean but you can see the beach from the corner of the back balcony. The building is huge so lots of people but it was quiet on the floor and we were patient with elevators. I was surprised that we had to pay additional for parking, I thought that was included in the stay…that was the only negative. Great place to stay!

Great Condo, Would Definitely Return!

This condo was WAY bigger than we were expecting which was great! It also has a second living room space which was perfect for us traveling with a group of teenagers. Us parent had our own space and they had their own (much louder lol!) area. Everything was super clean and checking in and out was easy. Beach is close and beautiful and it’s a very family friendly place.

Beautiful condo

The cleanliness was excellent!! For a couple too many people and long lines for the elevators. Parking in the garage was chaos. It was our daughters and their family's Christmas gift. They loved it because the kids loved the pool, slide, and lazy river.

Family Vacay

Weather was beautiful and condo was very nice. Only issue we had was with refrigerator....light inside fridge is flashing and if you accidentally touch it, it will shock you. Refrigerator also seemed to put a water puddle on floor each evening and we had to put a towel down. Owner may want to check it out. Other than that it was perfect for our family.

Great condo for family with adults

Everyone really enjoyed the stay. No complaints at all. We heard complaints about the elevator situation but we thought everything was fine. In my opinion, the condo offers a very unique layout. The room with the bunk beds has a large family room area with it that is isolated from everything else. It worked for us and we kinda liked it but it was unique. I'm sure I could have picked up on it from the pics but I didn't. Again, it worked for us but I could see it being awkward for other families.

Beautiful, spacious condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo- we had a party of 10 and there was plenty of space for our large family! The decor was beautiful, all the beds were super comfy and the extra living space at the back of the condo with the bunk bed alcove was a great idea and well used by our teenagers! We will recommend this condo to others and we would love to stay here again ourselves! A few things that need a little attention: Need more eating utensils and cookware. If you have space for 12 people, you likewise need to stock a kitchen with equipment to cook and serve for 12 people. It would have been nice to have more comfortable seating on the balcony. The wooden chairs and lounger were not very comfy. All in all- this is a great place to stay on the beach!! We will definitely keep this condo on our list for future bookings for our beach trips!! 🙂👍

Big Condo with Small Amenities

As several reviews have mentioned the elevators on check in and out days are TERRIBLE with waits up to 45 minutes to get items to and from rooms. The room itself is worn but was clean on check in. The appliances (range, dishwasher, refrigerator) were extremely low quality builders grade at best. The kitchen had the WORST amenities of any condo we have stayed in on the gulf coast. Since we were late to book this place we paid a premium price for a large unit that does not even face the Gulf of Mexico. We would never rent this condo or at Phoenix 2 West in Orange Beach again!

Great place for families

This was a great property for our kids because of all the amenities it had to offer: beach, pools, indoor pools, tennis, basketball, volleyball, etc…. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy the beach and relax. We really did not have to venture out at all, because the kids were satisfied just staying on the premises. A few things that could have been better: There are not enough elevators to accommodate a full building. There were long wait times to catch an elevator. The condo was not well stocked with basic essentials. Usually, I would expect basic necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and usually basic cooking needs (oil, salt, pepper). There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, nothing extra. We had a large group, and so we had to go buy all of these things. We cook a lot, and the quality of the cookware and utensils was poor. But, we made the best of it. Overall, it was a good experience. I would return here if we visit again.

Great

It was very nice the only problem was on the weekend the elevators were very busy and some were down. The wait was quite long. I do love to have the ability to grill on the deck so we didn’t we didn’t eat there much since bbq area was on the ground level.

Wonderful place for kids

We loved the extra living room space for the kids! Along with the slide and lazy river we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place for families.

Very clean condo with nice view. Slide and lazy river was perfect for my grandchildren ages 5-8. Splash pad for two year old was great too.
