Unser sonniger Bungalow befindet sich im schönen Old West Lawrence, einem historischen Wohnviertel. Es ist 5 Blocks von der Innenstadt entfernt, eine Straße den Hügel hinauf bis zum Memorial Stadium, und der Rest des Campus ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben zwei volle Schlafzimmer und eine Vier-Jahreszeiten-Veranda. Die Veranda und das Deck sind ein schöner Ort, um das gute Wetter zu genießen. Während Ihre Gruppe nah genug ist, um besondere Erinnerungen zu wecken, gibt es in diesem gemütlichen, gut gestalteten Haus immer noch private Räume, die Sie entdecken und genießen können.

Nachdem Sie in unserem versteckten Bungalow tief und fest geschlafen haben, erreichen Sie in zehn Minuten die maßgeschneiderten Veranstaltungsorte, Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants in der wunderschönen Innenstadt von Lawrence.

Dieses 900 Quadratmeter große Juwel ist komplett renoviert und makellos. Sie ist eine schöne "mittlere Schwester" von zwei identischen Bungalows auf beiden Seiten, die alle in den 1920er Jahren von einem Vater für jede seiner drei Töchter liebevoll gebaut wurden.

Sie haben Zugang zum gesamten Haus, einschließlich der Veranda und des hinteren Decks. Der Keller ist für Gäste unzugänglich.

Dies ist unser Aufenthaltshaus, sodass wir nur acht Kilometer entfernt sind, um Fragen zu beantworten oder Ihnen so gut wie möglich zu helfen!

Von Bäumen gesäumte Straßen, bemalte Damen, edwardianische / viktorianische / einheimische Architektur sind in diesem Goldklumpenviertel im Überfluss vorhanden.

Gehen ist eine großartige Möglichkeit, von zu Hause aus zum Campus und in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Davon abgesehen gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze auf der Straße auf unserem Block (es sei denn, es ist Spieltag!)

Unser gut ausgestattetes und makelloses Zuhause ist ideal für gut erzogene, verantwortungsbewusste und rücksichtsvolle Gäste. Wir haben tolle Nachbarn und möchten, dass sie uns auch so begegnen. Wir möchten Ihnen das Beste zeigen, was Lawrence zu bieten hat und können dies nur, wenn alle respektvoll sind.

Best Cozy Lawrence Getaway

Wow! This property is perfect for our small family. Located close enough to Mass St and the KU football stadium to walk, in a gorgeous quiet neighborhood, and very well equipped for our Thanksgiving dinner... we can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely home for a Lawrence Visit!

My husband and I felt at home when staying here. Great home for a stay when in Lawrence. The location is great for getting anywhere in Lawrence by foot or by car. The neighborhood is quaint which is great for walks or a run. The chocolate laid out for us in the bedrooms was a nice treat!

Clean & cozy place to stay

This house was perfect for our group on a visit to KU. The house was clean and had most everything we needed, even a magnifying mirror (which I always need). The only thing we couldn't find was a deck of cards. The beds were comfortable. We loved the front porch swing and sitting out on the back deck. Nice and close to everything we did. Wouldn't hesitate to book this house again on another trip. Such a cute place!

Felt at home in this Lawrence Bungalow

I rented the Bungalow in Lawrence so that I could nurse my daughter after wrist surgery. The location was perfect, just blocks from the surgery center. The house is so cute and cozy. The owner was very accommodating. She even came by and poured salt on the walkway in anticipation of an icy night. I was also able to add an additional night. I would rent this property again.

Lovely home with great location

We were in town to welcome a new grandbaby - this Home was just as advertised and had all the amenities we needed to have a nice stay in Lawrence, Kansas. The only thing keeping me from placing a “perfect” score is that the couches weren’t real comfy for conversation space, and older guests might not have a phone light to help navigate an unlit sidewalk if they arrive after dark. Communication with owners was prompt and easy.

I really enjoyed our chats that followed-up our stay! Taking your advice, I installed path lights so from dusk until dawn Guest can "way make" more safely up steps and path leading to the front door. Great location and well appointed.

We had a family of four stay for a short trip and we found the house to be very nice. Location was great to come and go to downtown and was far enough away that it was very quiet. Beds were comfortable and seemed to be plenty of room. We did not cook during our stay (or even make coffee) but kitchen seemed well stocked for those wishing to eat in. We struggled a bit with the TV (couldn’t figure out the volume, but eventually figured out saying “Turn up the volume” actually worked with the remote). Leda was very responsive. I have no doubt where we will look first on our next visit to Lawrence.

Best home away from home ever!

We loved this sweet home! The welcome sign hanging just inside the doorway was just a small taste of the hospitality that awaited us. Everything was very nice, comfortable and cozy. Our stay could not have been any better and was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. We enjoyed our visit very much and recommend this home highly. We hope to visit here again soon.

It was a lovely home just a few blocks from downtown. The trees were beautiful

It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The only thing missing was a mixer which we found at Goodwill. The house was light and airy. The thing we missed was a comfortable place to read that had good lighting.

Beautiful home in a great location

First and foremost, Leda and her husband are amazing hosts! The house is in amazing condition, what you see is exactly what you get in the best way possible. They are also easy to reach with any concerns or questions. I rented this property for 6 weeks for a clinical rotation and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. It’s located in a quite and safe neighborhood near KU campus, Mass street, and grocery stores. I would highly recommend anyone staying here! They are amazing people and take real pride ensuring your stay is everything you hope it to be. If I’m ever back in Lawrence, I will definitely look to stay here again!

Megan is the perfect guest, respectful of the property and communicating with us quickly and easily. While still in school she is independent and mature, quickly making Lawrence her temporary home. With the full support of her family, she is well on the way to being the perfect Guest and tenant. Lucky is the landlord who gets her upon graduation! As an example of her helpful attitude, she took extra time out of her busy work schedule to water some newly-planted trees, enabling us to go on vacation knowing they had a good chance of surviving the KS heat. Excellent location

Besides cute accommodations, the home offers one of the best locations in Lawrence. I adore the historic neighborhood—a true Lawrence experience. And I appreciated the easy walk to downtown. I plan to stay there when I travel to Lawrence again.

Great little house in Old West Lawrence

We stayed in this little bungalow for graduation weekend at the University of Kansas. It was a perfect spot, walkable to campus, downtown, and East Lawrence. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the house is perfectly appointed. It's a perfect place to stay in Lawrence. Thank you, Leda!

This 950 square-foot home is a beautiful "middle sister" to two identical bungalows on either side, all lovingly built in the 1920's by a father for each his three daughters.

We purchased the house over 24 years ago for its perfect size for newlyweds and amazing location. As our family grew bigger, we outgrew it and moved five miles West of Downtown Lawrence. Through the ensuing years we rented it. In Fall 2017 we renovated it, inside and out, and are proud to be able to use her as our stay-cation home.

Our 1923 bungalow is in lovely Old West Lawrence, a prime residential neighborhood. It is 5 blocks to Downtown, a straight shot up the Hill to Memorial Stadium, and well within walking distance to the rest of Campus. We have two full bedrooms and a four - season porch. The porch and deck make a lovely place to enjoy the good weather.

After sleeping soundly in our hide-away bungalow, in ten minutes you will arrive at the bespoke venues, shops, bars, and restaurants in beautiful Downtown Lawrence.
