Der Angler ist ein an der Küste dekoriertes, malerisches, freistehendes Strandhäuschen! Unsere Cottages wurden in den 50er Jahren gebaut und spiegeln den Charme Floridas wider. Wenn Sie das Cottage betreten, finden Sie eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und einen Eingang zum ersten Schlafzimmer. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett. Das Badezimmer hat eine Duschkabine. Außerhalb des Cottages befindet sich im Poolbereich ein 4-er Esstisch, an dem Sie Mahlzeiten, Cocktails oder den schönen Garten genießen können. Der Sand ist nur 30 Schritte von diesem Ferienhaus entfernt. Wir haben einen privaten Strandbereich mit vielen Liegestühlen und Strandspielzeug für die Kinder. Es gibt auch eine gemeinsame Wäscherei vor Ort. Beheizter / gekühlter Pool mit drei entspannenden Wasserfällen, schönen Pflasterwegen, die Sie zu unserem privaten Strandbereich führen, zwei Grillbereichen, bemaltem Ufermauer und Pavillon.

The pool is right outside your front door and the beach is literally a few steps beyond the pool. The cottage sits in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach so all the great restaurants and shops are within walking distance. You won't need the car at all! Please come back and stay with us again. Location was everything

Perfect location for our family. Close to the pool and beach. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Home could use updating inside, lack of supply of necessities was a downside, like toilet paper and trash bags.

Thank you Dustin for staying with us at the Angler at the Arbors. This is in a perfect location for a family vacation, the beach is just steps away. And the pool is just outside the door. This is such a cute beach cottage for a family get away. We provide our guests with enough basic supplies, like toilet paper and paper towels just to get them started as a courtesy. However, if our guests need more supplies they will have to purchase what they need. It is impossible for us to anticipate what each family would need or want. We loved hosting you at the Anglers and would love for you to come back and stay with us again.

Perfect Original Beach-side Spot

So cute! Pool, nice beach chairs, beach towels. Close to restaurants, ice cream... park your car and leave it. Small but just as described. Newly redone bathroom. Perfect beachside vibe!

Perfect little bungalow for relaxing beach time

We loved this little place. Two bedrooms were excellent with in room a/c and fans to keep us cool, the bathroom is dated, but worked for us. We loved the little pool, the short walk to beach, the ease of parking and being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. We cooked and I made lemon caper chicken with relative ease using the provided cookware. They could add some more utensils and cups, but I assumed it’s hard to keep it stocked. We will absolutely come again.

Location is everything!

We stayed here for a long weekend (2 adults and 2 kids under 12) and we had an amazing time! The beach was so close that you could run back and forth to go to the bathroom or grab something you forgot and not miss a beat:) Literally everything was walkable for us. The beds were soooo comfortable, nice soft sheets, good pillows. Only got one trash bag included so make sure to pick some up. We enjoyed playing shuffleboard until some other renters showed up and parked on the whole shuffleboard area making it not usable anymore. Free on-site laundry was a plus for sure! I was very very happy with these accommodations and hope to come back year after year with more of my family:)

Excellent location- needs some updates

Incredible location right on the beach, quiet and walking distance to many restaurants! The unit we stayed in while clean, is in desperate need of updating. Bathroom shower is small and has no light, one of the towel bars was broken off and kitchen needs a little love. I will say that the decore was nicely done and there were nice touches to try and make up for the lack of updates. It’s a great place to stay for a reasonable price to get on the water.

Steps to the beach!

When we first arrived there the pools triple waterfalls wasn't working so I text the managements number that was provided when I booked the cottage online about the issue and management replied back quickly saying he would have maintenance go check it out and a little later on management text me back saying the issue was resolved and even sent a photo showing the triple falls was up and running in the pool. At that point in time me and my husband and daughter and son was at the private beach only about 30 steps from the Old - fashioned cottage we we're staying in. You could even borrow the loungers and beach toys and even a couple of kickboard surfboards. They even provided beach towels inside the cottage. Speaking of inside the cottage which we stayed in was equipped with all your dishes and cooking supplies you needed. There was also several indoor board games for all ages to play. There was also on the property a shared washer and dryer that was FREE to use and they even provided the laundry detergent. My family enjoyed our 4 night 5 day vacation at the #3 Angler cottage. I would highly recommend staying here and see for yourself what it has to offer.

Ask size before you book the angler

Pictures are very deceiving. Our house said it sleeps six which we fit our family in, but house was very small. The lady that keeps the grounds was very nice. We drove over 20 hours to get here and never heard once about the red tide till I asked the owner. When I asked if we could get a refund due to the red tide I never got a email back. Was disappointed since we drove so far for the ocean experience.

Very small and dark and dirty

Pictures overly stretched. Place filthy. Shower small and had mold issues. Rain seeped in under bathroom wall. Most doors splintered (from dogs, I assume). Blinds not functioning and dirty. Curtains dirty. No place for dogs to go potty. Part of ceiling falling in. Pool is just an over sized hot tub. Grounds good, beach wonderful, other renters very friendly. Reported issues to Vrbo with pictures and got no reply. Very disappointed.

Hello Julie, We are very disappointed with your review on our cottage. The Property mangers stop by ask you if there was anything we could do for you. You did mention the blinds were dusty, We offered to have them cleaned for and you didn't want us too. You didn't say anything about the other problem you mention in the review. As you can see in other reviews we take pride in making sure the cottage is clean. There is defiantly no mold in the shower. We Have no idea what you are talking about with the ceiling. We just wished you would have communicated better with us. Especially since we ask several times if you and husband needed anything

Perfect beach cottage

We will return to The Arbors. Perfect for our family. We rented the Angler and my cousins the Reef. Best vacation of our lives. The Gazebo was the perfect place to eat lunch or end the night. Nick was attentive and very kind.

Excellent Location!

The location in IRB is perfect; close to restaurants, on the beach, and easy access to surrounding communities. The outside areas of this property are perfect - the heated pool is great, several seating areas near the beach and lounge chairs for use on the beach. It is an old Florida cottage. It appeared clean but is small and in need of some updates. The four-star rating is primarily based on the location and outdoor spaces.

Graduation getaway
