Der Hauptpool und das Oberdeck wurden komplett renoviert. Der Hauptpool und die Rita Bar bieten jetzt zusätzliche Lounge- und Sitzbereiche. Obwohl begrenzt, sind auch Speisen zum Mitnehmen erhältlich. Phase 2 wird voraussichtlich im Herbst dieses Jahres abgeschlossen sein und zwei weitere Pools umfassen. Bis dahin bleibt der Beach Club jedoch montags geschlossen, damit die Bauarbeiten sicher und ungehindert fortgesetzt werden können.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Location was perfect, walkable to food and beach club. House had plenty of space for our guest. Only downside was the furniture in the living space was quite dirty, but understandable as it’s a rental. Overall it was a great experience!

Perfect Trip

The house was perfect for what we were looking for and we had an amazing stay. 10/10 would stay there again and would work with 360 blue again as they were on top of everything. The beach club actually IS within easy walking distance. The community is well maintained and walkable, so much that I didn't feel the need to rent a golf cart despite thinking I would have to.

Clean. Perfect location. Could use some costemic touch ups but location trumps that. Great property managers. The view from the front is amazing - so tranquil. We would stay again. It is a 4 bedroom, not 5.

Nice house, great layout, needs maintenance

House had a great layout for our group. Location was perfect. Had a few maintenance things that would’ve been nice not to work around. I guess somewhat expected after a busy rental season at a 30A home (broken fridge shelf, strong mildew smell in carriage house that was covered with strong chemical air freshener, no gas in outside grill, considerably dirty dishes, all living room furniture cushions were completely disheveled and moist upon check in—I guess they had been cleaned right before we arrived?). Sent message to management about requesting another parking tag than provided at check in but didn’t hear back until next day and that another tag could not be accommodated. Again, house checked all the boxes. Would've been 5 stars had it been better maintained.

The house was disgusting. It wasn’t clean. The master bedroom mattress had urine stains and eventually was replaced. The coffee pot was full of old coffee on arrival including the grounds. The carriage house had old fun in the drawers and was not clean. The front porch was dirty, rusted, mismatched furniture and damaged furniture. The photos were deceiving of quality. 360 Blue tried to make it right however that first impression was nasty and we spent 1.5 days managing this and no one offered a credit. I think that would have helped but didn’t have the energy to ask for it.

Excellent Property Management, Cute House, WaterColor is Over-Hyped

Will I rent from 360 Blue again? In a heartbeat. They are so quick to respond, professional, and expedient in resolving issues. The house is decent and actually more updated than the photos show (the Primary Bed/Bath are completely renovated). The location within WaterColor is wonderful for getting to the Beach club and the beach (3 minute bike ride). Camp WaterColor is a bit of hike (about a 10 minute bike ride). WaterColor as a whole, however, presented a VERY different experience than our last visit two years ago. Price per night was not worth the value we received (I was asked to take down specific rates) Both the LakeHouse pool and Camp WaterColor Lazy River were closed the entirety of stay which meant that the remaining pools were packed. WaterColor did not advertise this until you walked up to the building and saw the “closed” sign. The beach chair rental situation is insane. Chairs so close to each other that the umbrellas touch. Reservations need to be made weeks in advance if you want first row. Chairs set so close to the ocean that the waves run up underneath them making walking along the beach nearly impossible. All this for $100/day before tax/tip. Beach so crowded that we had to set up chairs 200 yards from the BeachClub walkover. Mediocre, overpriced food from resort restaurants with forced gratuity. We’ll probably go back to Rosemary/Inlet Beach next time.

Have been coming to 30A for decades and love this home! It is great for our family. Lots of places for pack n’ play cribs. Great window treatments so the kids sleep well. The shaded lawn was perfect in August for our child to run around and play catch and chase after lizards. Loved the paint color of the house! My only wish was that Camp Watercolor opened earlier than 10am, and the canteen earlier than 11am

Made a lot of fun memories at 28 Sunset Ridge Lane!! Loved the house and the location. 360 Blue was fabulous to work with. Everyone I talked to there was extremely friendly and professional. When we had a maintenance issue they were there very promptly. Enjoyed every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful time at 28 Sunset Ridge. We loved the property location to the beach even though the Beach Club is under construction. We enjoyed the screened in porch and grassy area in front of the house. The rooms and bathrooms were nice as well as the kitchen. The couch is super comfy!

October 2018 Stay

We are avid vacationers at Watercolor, and have been for approx. 10 yrs. We found the new website and App to be very nice & a convenient addition. This recent trip included our family of 3 plus 3 addt'l families, for a total of 10 adults & 10 girls (ages 9-14). Unfortunately, for the first time ever, we were very disappointed in the customer service for this trip - especially re: lack of alternate options Re: the 2 major pool renovations plus the beach not being an option, due to the Red Tide. Obviously mother nature cannot be controlled, however, accommodations could've been made by 360 Blue to ease the situation. Only 2 pools were available, neither of which included towels & the Boathouse pool was closed on Sat. 10/6, due to a wedding. Therefore, the Frog Pool was unbelievably & unacceptably crowded. Our group intended to head to Watersound, as a alternate option, but were told that Watersound is no longer available to guests of Watercolor - as it has been forever. Overall - a very disappointing stay.

We are so sorry you did not have the best vacation possible with us in Watercolor. Unfortunately, due to St Joe Club and Resorts no longer dealing with vacation rentals, they have limited who is able to use Watersound to St Joe members and guests of 360 Blue who are staying in Watersound. That was a rule made by St Joe that we have to abide by. In regards to the construction in Watercolor, we did reach out to our guests via email to inform them of the situation and gave multiple options such as changing homes/communities, discounts or cancelations. This, as well as the pool closure for the wedding, are HOA decisions that were not shared with 360 Blue and upon learning of the Beach Club and Camp construction we did make every effort to make this known to our incoming guests. We will be sure to share your feedback with the HOA and we hope to see you at the beach again soon.

September 2018 Stay

House was great and what a neat community! We were here for a wedding and everyone stayed at houses in Watercolor. We rented a golf cart and never needed the car again. We rode bikes provided, played golf and loved the beach. Thanks 360!

July 2018 Stay

Our cottage had a comfortable atmosphere but was in need of some refurbishment. The carriage house had a strong odor of cigarette smoke much to our dismay.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us in Watercolor! We do apologize about the carriage house smelling of cigarettes, our homes are all non-smoking however not everyone follows these rules. We have reached out to our owner in regards to the smoke smell and they believe it was coming from a chest that was in the carriage house. They have since removed it and it seems to have rid the smoke smell. We hope to see you again very soon!
