Ein modernes Berghaus erwartet Sie im Winter Park !! Dieser Bergurlaub, ideal gelegen, weniger als 5 Meilen von den Aufzügen des Winter Park entfernt, wird sich wie Ihr eigenes modernes Berghaus fühlen, sobald Sie vor der Haustür laufen. Sie werden sicher von der ganzen Aufmerksamkeit für Details und High-End-Ausführungen dieser Einheit beeindruckt sein. Diese Wohnung verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett in der Master Suite. Und ein Zwilling über Königin in der zweiten Master-Suite. Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Vollbad. Lower Level Suite teilt Badezimmer mit Wohnbereich, kann aber auch auf Wunsch zum Wohnbereich abgeschlossen werden. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss, so dass Sie nach einem Tag in den Bergen eine Mahlzeit zubereiten und die Gäste gleichzeitig im Wohn- / Esszimmer unterhalten können. Great location, Great Space

We escaped to the mountains for a weekend of leaf peeping and it was great! Space for game-playing at the big kitchen table, bedrooms with room for all, great views out the west-facing windows. Overall pretty clean but maybe missed a couple of key areas, and the kitchen is sparsely stocked with utensils to cook/eat.

Extended weekend

We rented this property Labor Day weekend to visit our son who lives in Fraser. We absolutely loved the property! It was fresh, clean, and the layout was very spacious. There are several trails nearby and we enjoyed walking to Chickadee trail to catch amazing views of the sunset. I locked myself out once and the management team answered the phone and got me in right away. We will definitely rent here again the next time we visit Winter Park!

Heat escape

I rented this property for my son and his family. I never saw it but they enjoyed it and loved the location. Walked, ran, rode bikes to town and their favorite restaurants, bike park and High Note Thursdays. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect for us!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and quiet condo. Location was perfect for short walks to downtown Winter Park. We enjoyed cooking meals and relaxing in the cozy living room in the evening. Everything was neat and clean. Appreciated the garage. We would stay here again! If you are looking for suggestions to improve the property, i would recommend an umbrella for the patio table. Could also use a couple of table lamps in the master bedroom. Overall, though, a great property!

Amazing location

I would stay here anytime. I frequent winter park for skiing and couldn’t ask for a better location. The proximity to the bus stop, shopping, and eating are perfect. I would rate it more than 5 stars if that was an option.

Spring Break in WP

House is in a great location and convenient to skiing at Winter Park. It fit our family of 4 well and the home is nice and quiet. That said, if I was the owner of this home renting it out I would rethink my rental company. The home is very new, however has a ton of minor inconveniences that amount to neglect. I'm on vacation, not trying to help someone else's property management so I never complained or reached out regarding these issues. If I were to comment on the neglect we noticed: the fridge drawer was broken, the main bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and kept falling off, shower soap dispenser didn't dispense so you had to take it off the wall to pour it out from the top, no measuring cup so had to use the blender to measure, ice/snow removal was non-existent which is fine if you provide a shovel - no shovel provided, roku on main living room was broken (was overheating and would power down randomly after about 10 seconds), 3 tv remotes had dead batteries None of the above is a big deal taken individually however the totality of a bunch of small things just shows that the house is neglected and a good maintenance tech would address all of these things with an hour or two of attention per month (sans better snow removal). All of that said, the property is in a great location and was well suited for my family of four, including two very young children. Bed / mattress in main bedroom was also extremely comfortable. House was clean, and had all the basics.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

This condo was a great fit for our party of 4. It was conveniently locate to groceries, restaurants, shopping, and the ski area. It was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us and the use of the garage along with an extra parking space was a nice bonus. Check in and check out was super easy and host provided easy to follow directions to the condo as well as for all amenities.

Perfect Spot For Catching "The Lift" Winter Park Shuttle

Cozy modern rental

My husband and I try to take our kids (ages 14, 12 and 10) to ski every winter and we absolutely love Winter Park. We have been coming for the past 5 years. This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Super clean and very cozy! We cooked about every other night for our week stay. Love that we were less than 10 minutes from the resort and just a couple minutes to shopping and restaurants. We even met the guy who owns the attached condo and he was very nice and welcoming. Would definitely rent again.

Trip to Winter Park,Colorado

We stayed there as a family of four. We had a great time skiing Winter Park and the place was a convenient distance from the slopes and right in town near restaurants. The place was cozy, the bed comfortable, plenty of extra blankets (which not every place has so is a huge plus), and our kids loved the bunk beds in their room. My only suggestions would be for hooks to hang snow gear to dry and some sort of a shoe tray at the front door so we didn't track muddy prints on the beautiful floors (don't worry we cleaned them up!). Overall, enjoyed the stay, thank you!

Great stay at Winter Park

We had a wonderful stay here for a wedding in Winter Park. It was very close to all the shops and restaurants in town. The property owner also very friendly, communicative, and accommodating to our needs. Overall great stay, clean and beautiful place!

To Whom it May Concern: My stay was fine, I was a little disappointed in the access to the parking garage, the QR code may have worked once or twice. I would come back late at times and had to call to enter and then the worst thing is leaving the property and I can't exit holding up people that was the worse. Charlotte was amazing and helped when I arrived however, just using the help button at the entrance of the parking garage helped but I wished I didn't have too. My only other complaint is the bathroom had hair in the sink and shower, that wasn't good. After I cleaned the bathroom I was fine but I shouldn't have had to. Thanks, Monica

Good Home Base for Vacay

Loved the quiet neighborhood with lots of nearby hiking, mountain biking, and good food. The bed was comfortable. Clean, comfortable living room furniture. Kitchen was well equipped although we only cooked breakfast there. The shower had zero place for soap/etc. Had to place my soap bars on the floor which felt gross and like a super fixable problem. The shower door also did not seem clean... lots of soap scale. Towels/bedding were great. Would have liked true blackout shades in the bedroom... they let in a lot of light but we are up early so it wasn't a big deal. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great experience!

This is our first vacation to Colorado and this place did not disappoint! Very clean and updated condo. Nice neighborhood and close to Winter Park. Only complaint was the dumpster closest to our condo did not open properly. Awesome weather and would recommend to my family and friends.
