We loved the location of the house and the layout to hold a large group of women. The decor of the house and the view were beautiful. David and Patti were always very quick in answering any questions. The only negative we thought was that there were no extra pillows, towels, beach towels, or beach gear. Other than that we loved the house and hope to return.

Thank you again for choosing us for your stay! It's important for guests to read the listing information and ask questions before booking. We do not advertise that we provide beach gear, we can give guests the info for a couple of local places that rent and deliver those items. Also, we describe in our listing what is provided with regard to towels, linens, etc. We are very glad that these guests enjoyed our home, but wish they would have asked in advance about those items instead of removing a star from the review for something we do not even advertise.

It is a very nice property. It easily accommodated 8 adults and 8 children. The house has nice amenities and the kitchen will be appreciated by people who like to cook. We had to contact the owner on two occasions and he/she were very responsive to our contact. We would stay there again.

House was great especially considering the weather was not great. Rooms very comfortable and even with a large group still had privacy. Short walk to the beach was perfect as well.

This home was beautifully outfitted. Every amenity we could want was there. We had a family reunion there and having a king size bed in every bedroom was icing on the cake! Everything was spotless, and the location was ideal. We were one block from the beach and just a few miles from the old Saint Augustine. We truly had a wonderful week there and planned to return.!
