Jetzt ist Ihre Chance, in einem großen zwei Schlafzimmer zwei Bad Haus zu einem angemessenen Preis zu bleiben, ohne auf die großen Annehmlichkeiten und Möglichkeiten, die eine Ferienwohnung zu bieten hat, zu verpassen. Direkt vor der Haustür ist eine große Terrasse mit einem vollen Terrasse Tisch und Stühlen für vier Personen mit herrlichem Blick auf Aptos und Rio Del Mar Beach. Auf der ersten Etage befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit einem neu renovierten Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit einer Schiebetür, die Ihnen zusätzlichen Zugang von diesem Zimmer direkt auf das Deck ermöglicht. Beide Schlafzimmer und Treppen haben Plüsch Teppiche und der Rest des Hauses hat neue Pergo-Stil Holzböden. Es gibt fantastische gewölbte Decken sowie Edelstahlgeräte und wunderschön gestaltete weiße Küchenschränke. Es gibt auch eine zusätzliche Terrasse direkt neben der Küche.

I was disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, the house was not clean, we had to leave so the cleaner could come in. Several maintenance issues made the stay uncomfortable: the downstairs shower head barely worked and sprayed above everyone’s head, the upstairs shower had very low water pressure, and the dryer (located in the downstairs bedroom) made a loud screeching noise that prevented us from using it while in the house. The downstairs bedroom closet was unusable because it was filled with a futon mattress and stacked tables, leaving no space for our belongings. Many vertical blinds on the slider/front door were broken or missing.While the kitchen itself was clean, the dining area was difficult to use—only four chairs were accessible because the bench was blocked by the couch and coffee table. The upstairs slider, which is the only way to get airflow into the main living area, was also blocked by the couch and had to be moved each time we opened it. The balcony off the kitchen was covered in spider webs and debris, and the tree limbs hung so low we had to duck to step outside. The slider was extremely dirty and hard to see through. The upstairs bedroom was comfortable, but the entire house had only five hangers available.Overall, the location was nice, but the home needs significant maintenance to provide a comfortable stay. There were also several holes in the walls from missing décor, and the home would benefit from fresh paint and updated décor throughout.

This place is pretty much as advertised. The only down side was that there is only one uncomfortable small couch to sit on in the livingroom, the other option is to sit at the diningroom table. If you are a young couple on the go and not spending much time here other than to cook, eat and sleep, this place is great.

The house is nice and quirky. However finding the entrance and opening of the sliding door was challenging. It is pity that the nice big terrace is not adjacent to the living room and we couldn’t use the balcony by the kitchen due to the overgrowth of the giant ferns 😅

The location of the property everything was lovely. My only concern was the furniture was not comfortable. It’s staging furniture. There’s no longevity sitting ? Great location. Walking distance from the beach and amenities. Can't fault it, really good. However, the property feels outdated, had an 80s vibe, and on arrival it smelled musty. Kitchen area was well equipped, but one of the bedrooms could do with some storage space and a mirror, as we struggled with storage. Bathrooms were fine, but again in need of modernising especially the showers. We enjoyed our stay but, unfortunately didn't match our expectations as we were expecting a little luxury as it wasn't cheap.

Killer Little Beach House!

Overall the stay was just what we needed! The house upon arrival was a little dirty so we did have to clean and for peace of mind wash all the linens provided. However, when I notified the property managers they were amazing in getting us what we needed. The homeowner has lots of no sand in the house signs so make sure to utilize the hose next to the first landing of the stairs. Aptos is a Gem and we definitely will be using Bailey Property Management again in the future. Make sure to go to the Aquarium and El Cantaro for lunch! If you like local beers and good food in Aptos we came to love a new establishment called Churchill & Beers Happy Beaching!

Good location, wierd layout

This property was close to the beach, but very poorly laid out. You went up a flight of stairs to reach the deck, which is where the main entrance was. Then you entered on the lower floor, which is where there was a bedroom and tiny bathroom, and you had to walk up narrow stairs to the next floor to reach the living area. The furniture was not particularly comfortable, but there was a nice kitchen. Temperature regulation was a problem; the bottom bedroom tended to be much colder than upstairs, and the entire living space was quite musty-smelling. We had to leave the windows open to get that smell out of the house, which tended to make it pretty cool inside. That being said, it did meet our needs.

Nice property

Very good location, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Nice property, spacious and clean. Kitchen is equipped with everything that is needed for a short stay. Great heater, works very quick, the nights were chilly, but heater helped a lot. The only thing that was not very good is that the water in the master bathroom sink drains very slowly. Overall is very good, highly recommended.

Perfect location, misleading photos

This location is perfect. So close to the beach and walking path. We were disappointed in the photos and felt misled that the deck was off of the kitchen. In reality the deck is off of the downstairs bedroom there’s no place to sit outside during a meal unless you walk downstairs with all your food and drinks and sit on the deck. The carpets are very old and need replacement. The beds were sub comfortable. The neighbors across the street had a huge group and were parting until 1AM. The downstairs bathroom is very very small. The downstairs room also smelled very “damp”. Most of the pots and pans need replacement. The best part about this place is the large upstairs bathroom and it location, everything else needs improvement!
