The Space:

The villa measures 140 m² and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include two double beds, two single beds and one queen-size bed, while the maximum occupancy is five guests.



The house has a traditional, older style and includes shared living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, a dishwasher and laundry facilities are also available.



Outside, guests can use the furnished patio and barbecue area. The property overlooks the water and is surrounded by nature.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the villa and its included indoor and outdoor areas.



Parking is available at the property. Self check-in is provided through a key box, and access instructions will be shared privately before arrival.

The property is located in Saltsjö-Boo, east of central Stockholm.



Nearby outdoor destinations include Trollsjön, Vittjärn, Sågsjön and the Velamsund nature area. Yasuragi and Skepparholmen offer spa, restaurant and hotel facilities in the surrounding area.

Parking is available at the property, and traveling by car is the most flexible option for reaching nearby lakes, nature areas and other parts of Saltsjö-Boo.



Public transportation connects the area with Stockholm. Waxholmsbåten ferry services can also be used to explore parts of the archipelago. Check current routes and departure times before traveling.
