WELCOME: Our home is your home for the week! Southern Belz is what we lovingly call Unit 803, which is on the 8th floor of Caribbean Resort. Our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit is on the west side of the building and features stunning views of Florida’s Emerald Coast. We are the owners & managers of this unit so we have made sure Southern Belz will be in tip top shape for your stay. Here are all the reasons Southern Belz is THE unit to book at Caribbean Resort…

THE VIEW:
Southern Belz is an 8th floor CORNER unit on the WESTERN side of Caribbean Resort. If you haven’t noticed from the pictures, we want to let you in on a little secret… Caribbean Resort doesn’t have a neighboring resort to the west side of the building. This means that there is ZERO OBSTRUCTION to your view! Wake up in the morning and see the sunrise to the east over Navarre Pier, and go to bed watching the sunset in the west. This unobstructed view literally allows you to enjoy a view that wraps from the Gulf of Mexico to the Santa Rosa Sound without looking into a neighboring building. This unit boasts over 60 linear feet of 9 foot floor to ceiling windows plus 2 balconies, so you are able to enjoy this wrap around view from nearly every room in the unit. The 8th floor is the perfect height from which to enjoy these views… high enough to be away from pool or beach noise but low enough to still see that sugar white sandy coastline straight down to Pensacola Beach. THE CLEANLINESS:
We employ a private housekeeper so the same eyes see the unit weekly. This is how we ensure our guests that we maintain a level of cleanliness superior to any unit serviced by the typical "quick-clean" service. Everything from the linens to the appliances to the bathrooms will be in tip top shape for your stay. This unit also undergoes several deep cleans per year to ensure the extras are also clean and serviced... like the HVAC, vent systems, and all the out of reach places.

THE EXTRAS:
As always, this unit features a stocked convenience closet, a DVD library, novels and magazines, drying racks, beach towels, etc. Along with the updates we have hired a private housekeeping staff that ensures the unit is in impeccable shape upon your arrival. THE SPACE:
Southern Belz is an extra large 3 bedroom/3 bathroom at nearly 1800 sq ft. This spaciousness really shines in each bedroom where there is plenty of room for added private seating, in the living room where there is plenty of room for the family to gather and all take a seat, and in the dining area where there is a large table and bar seating to accommodate everyone at a sit down meal. Every room in this unit is already spacious, but the floor to ceiling windows and natural light make them feel even larger. The added square footage has also allowed room for a large laundry closet, walk in closets, and an extra large master bathroom. If you and your family love to have your own space, book now!

THE SECOND MASTER:
Southern Belz is not a typical 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit. This unit features a 2nd master bedroom, or what we like to call “The Bayside Suite”. It features its own entry/exit door that walks right out to the elevator on the 8th floor. The Bayside Suite also has its own full bathroom, entertainment area with TV/DVD player, comfortable sitting area, and private balcony. The Bayside Suite is why Southern Belz is perfect for several couples or a family trip with the Grandparents… nobody has to argue about who gets the Master Suite because the Bayside Suite is essentially the 2nd Master.

THE COMPLEX:
You will fall in love with Southern Belz, but you will also fall in love with Caribbean Resort! This resort is a smaller complex in Navarre. There are 18 floors and only 3 units per floor. Because of the low number of units in this resort, it never appears to be crowded. Caribbean Resort has a private parking lot with plenty of parking and no hassle of assigned spaces. There is also a convenient covered loading/unloading area. 2 elevators service the east and west sides of the building. At Caribbean Resort you will find a large heated pool, a “warm” jetted spa, and a hot tub... all recently resurfaced. These gated facilities are surrounded by a covered lanai with plenty of seating. After deciding to purchase a 2nd home, we searched the Emerald Coast for years and kept coming back to the western units at Caribbean Resort. When Unit 803 became available we luckily made it our home away from home, which we now lovingly call “Southern Belz”… and now we’d like to share it with you!
