NAPIER'S LOOKOUT is a stone's throw from Weymouth's award winning sandy beach.

Our home has a newly refurbished, well equipped kitchen, large living room / diner featuring a home cinema, and 5 bedrooms over 3 floors. The games room has a pool table, arcade, darts board, mini basket ball and board games.

It’s the perfect base for families and friends to get together and relax, or to explore the fun of Weymouth and the Jurassic Coast.

The living room has a large corner sofa, and features a home cinema set up with Disney+, Netflix, Now Cinema, Amazon Prime, Roku, All4, BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, YouTube etc.

The fireplace is a real bonus in the winter!

The adjoining dining area has an extending table to accommodate 12 people.

The kitchen is well equipped, with a large Bosch fridge freezer, and a dishwasher. The utility room contains a washer and tumble dryer. Access from the kitchen through French doors to a cosy outdoor terrace with dining area.

The house is well set up for young families - a cot, highchair and children’s cutlery are available.

All beds are made up with White Company Egyptian cotton bedding.

First floor: huge family bathroom with roll top bath, twin sinks and walk in shower.

Grand and beautifully appointed master bedroom, with a sea view from the comfy armchair in the bay window. Super king bed (or can be set up as a twin). A pull out bed can accommodate an extra guest. There is also a desk and chair set up for anyone who needs to work.

Second floor:

Double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Games room with pool table, retro arcade machine, dartboard, mini basketball net and board games.

Third floor:

Large attic bedroom with panoramic views across the Weymouth skyline, a kingsize bed (can be set up as a twin). A fold out single chair bed is also available.

The house is in the heart of Weymouth, a 4 minute walk from the train station, and 80 metres from the beach. Parking is not available outside the house. Unloading is permitted, but cars must then be parked in a local car park, or for free, a short walk away. Specific parking details provided on booking.
