Mulberry is a light-filled, modern beach house designed for comfort and coastal living. Set within a quiet cluster of eco-homes, it offers generous open-plan interiors and relaxed outdoor spaces, perfect for families, friends or couples. Mulberry is set at the back of the development with no buildings behind, and with open countryside to the side. Inside, you'll find a spacious living and dining area with two large sofas, beanbags, and a dining table seating six. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from everyday essentials to kid-friendly plasticware and picnic gear.

Upstairs, the principle king bedroom features an en-suite and its own balcony (and can be made into twin on request). The second bedroom is a twin (can be made into king on request), followed by a double bedroom and a well-appointed family bathroom. A cot, high chair and stair gate are also available on request.

Outdoor living is easy, with a south-facing deck ideal for sun-soaked breakfasts and an enclosed rear patio with picnic table. Guests love the added touches: a beach cupboard to borrow bits from, and shelves full of books and games. With a welly rack, shared outdoor après-surf shower, and space for two cars, everything's been considered for a relaxed, easy-going stay.
