Here, you live close to nature. From almost every window, you can see trees and green surroundings, and the large windows and patio doors make the forest feel like a natural part of the house. In the morning, you can enjoy your coffee while listening to the black woodpecker calling out in the forest. In the evening, a roe deer might be standing in the garden, and as night falls, you can watch young tawny owls learning to fly among the pine trees.



The house is a classic Danish summer cottage with wood-paneled walls, light-colored ceilings, and large windows. The heart of the home is the open living area, where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together. Here, there’s plenty of space for a family breakfast, board games at the dining table, or an afternoon on the sofa with a book. In the garden, you can explore and spot butterflies, which you can match with the large posters inside the house.



Outside is a large wooden deck, partially covered, with great spots for dining or soaking up the sun. The garden is spacious and green, with plenty of room for play and relaxation. Many large trees and wild Danish flowers provide privacy and a sense of being far away from it all. You can easily spend an entire day just staying at home.



About 2.5 km away is the lookout point at Stubbe Sø, perfect for picnics and birdwatching. Langesø offers clear water, a sandy bottom, and a beautiful forest—ideal for a swim. In Ebeltoft, you’ll find Flyvefisken and Go’Kaffe, and Duo Bageri in Feldballe makes what might be Denmark’s best bread. The railway trail from Gravlev to Ebeltoft is a lovely 11-km bike ride through the woods and past Ree Park.
