A beautiful apartment with ample space to socialise or relax, the apartment has a 'Netflix ready' TV in the lounge (Please note that there is currently no terrestrial channels available).



Parking is available for free for 1 car on the driveway, alternatively there's free street parking right outside the property. A short stroll away you will Sefton Park and the vibrant Lark Lane which is home to ample bars and restaurants.



There is a large kitchen area equipped with pots, pan, utensils, cutlery, crockery, microwave, kettle, oven and toaster. The lounge has an array of contemporary furniture providing a social environment for a large number of guests.



Start your morning the easy way. Our premium breakfast hampers, available to purchase, are delivered directly to your door, so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast without leaving the apartment. Choose from three carefully selected options to suit your stay.



A coin operated washing machine and dryer are available for you to use in the communal area of building. Please note that these machines are shared with other residents in the building. Money spent on these facilities can be reimbursed by Flatzy at the end of your stay.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a double bed, and the smaller bedroom has a small double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. All bedding is provided for 6 people to sleep.



The building is shared with other permanent residents and we ask that guests keep this in mind during their stay.



Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times.



TOWELS & LINEN

- All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)

- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
