Villa Korpieukko is a characterful 121 m² detached house sleeping up to 7 guests in four individually styled bedrooms, set in a peaceful residential neighbourhood just 3 km from Rovaniemi city centre. With a private Finnish sauna, a large garden, and easy keycode entry for a flexible arrival, it makes an excellent base for families and groups exploring Finnish Lapland year-round.

Each bedroom has its own personality. Two rooms have 160 cm double beds, one has a 140 cm double, and the fourth — has a 120 cm bed. The rooms range from bold and colourful to soft and romantic, giving the house a warm, lived-in character that sets it apart from a standard rental.

The large living room is anchored by a dramatic stone feature wall with a mounted TV, a classic Mora grandfather clock, and a statement corner fireplace that adds atmosphere to the space — though it is decorative and not in use. The L-shaped sofa and recliner chair make it easy to settle in for a quiet evening together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and connects to a generous dining area where the whole group can eat together. The sauna bathroom features double showers and a traditional Finnish sauna with a large heater — perfect after a day out in the Arctic cold. A separate, smaller WC with a basin is available for everyday use. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, useful for longer stays or guests arriving with wet outdoor kit.

Outside, the garden has plenty of open space for children to play, and on a clear night it offers good conditions for Northern Lights watching away from the city lights. The keycode entry means you can arrive at any time without coordinating keys.
