Summary:

A family-friendly Ibizan finca in the green hills of Benimussa, minutes from San José and the west coast beaches. The main house and two guesthouses share a heated pool, outdoor kitchen, and gardens shaded by orange, lemon and plum trees. Cala Bassa and Cala Conta are within a 15-20 minute drive.



The Space:

The main house holds two bedrooms, each with its own atmosphere. The rear bedroom looks out over the pool through wide windows, with a spacious wardrobe and dresser offering practical storage. The front bedroom opens onto a private terrace and contains twin beds that can be drawn together to form a double. Two independent guesthouses stand apart from the main house, connected by an internal door, a layout that works well for families wanting togetherness and privacy. Each guesthouse contains a master bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed, and one also includes a children's room with bunk beds. Both guesthouses have an Ibizan-style bathroom with shower.



The kitchen follows traditional regional lines but incorporates modern appliances including a dishwasher, Nespresso machine and blender, and music plays through speakers both inside and out on the veranda. Living areas carry a layered, collected feel: a Balinese coffee table, Moroccan poufs in varying sizes, and bookshelves lined with design volumes. Air conditioning runs throughout, alongside satellite TV, a washing machine, a safe and an alarm system.



Outside, the gardens hold orange, lemon and plum trees, with eight sunbeds arranged around the pool, which can be heated on request. An outdoor kitchen extends the living space with a gas stove, barbecue and wine refrigerators. Children have their own territory in the trampoline, swings, table tennis table, climbing frame and playhouse, while adults can step into a small fitness room. The setting feels remarkably private despite being only three minutes from the main road to San Antonio.



Guest Access:

The full property, including the main house and both guesthouses, is yours for the duration of the stay. Private parking is available on site.



The Neighborhood:

Benimussa is widely considered the greenest corner of Ibiza, with a nature reserve and scattered fincas creating a quiet, rural setting. The main road to San Antonio is around three minutes by car, and San José lies a short drive away. The west coast beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta are 15 to 20 minutes by car, and Ibiza Town can be reached in around twenty minutes.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended, both for reaching the property and for exploring the west coast beaches and Ibiza Town.



Other Things to Note:

The pool can be heated on request. The two guesthouses connect via an internal door, a layout that works well for families wanting both togetherness and privacy.
