All areas are entirely private for your exclusive use. The bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower head, the kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, and the living room is the perfect spot to relax and chill after a long day of sightseeing.



Please note the apartment is located on the top floor, the second floor, which is accessible by stairs only.



Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.



For parking, there is free on-street parking available directly outside the property on a first-come, first-served basis. Please just be mindful not to block any driveways.

You'll be wonderfully placed to discover all that Edinburgh has to offer. The iconic Murrayfield Stadium is close by, and family favourite Edinburgh Zoo is just a short trip away. With excellent transport links, the rest of this wonderful historic city is right at your fingertips.



Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.



Please note: a Visitor Levy set by the local council applies to overnight stays in this area and is included in your total booking price. In Edinburgh this is 5% of the accommodation cost per night, applied to the first 5 nights of your stay. It appears as a separate line in your price breakdown — there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.
