Die korallenfarbenen Fliesen sind mit gem��tlichen Möbeln und auffallenden tropischen Kunstwerken gefüllt. Sie werden die lockere Atmosphäre von Korbsesseln mit Palmenkissen genießen, wenn Sie Gäste unterhalten oder sich um den Wandfernseher versammeln.

Die Sommerküche ist komplett mit modernen Geräten und Kochgeschirr bestückt. Ganz gleich, ob Sie morgens Kaffee zubereiten oder abends ein tropisches Getränk zubereiten möchten, Sie werden immer auf dem großen Balkon mit Tisch, St��hlen und Sonnenliegen landen.

Great place and location.

Nice place with easy close beach access. Plenty of restaurants near by (walking distance). Having the beach cart/wagon at the unit made it great for getting the beach chairs and umbrella, both included, to the beach. The beach chairs are a bit worn and not sure they will last all season—but very nice to have had them during our visit. Would definitely go back.

Perfect, Convenient, and just what I was looking for!

I was in town for a wedding and I was most impressed by the private key fob to use to walk to the private beach. The bathroom and shower were the best part of the condo! I was a little disappointed in the beach cart and closet, the cart wheels were broken and the chair as well. There was a dirty alcohol cup filled with sand/shells/ and cigarette butts. However, I would not let that deter me from giving this place a great recommendation!! The ladies at the rental property were a wonderful greeting party!; )

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location cannot be beat. Even with two young kids, we were able to pop across the street to the beach with ease, which is the primary reason we chose the rental. We were disappointed, however, with the condition of the condo. When we arrived, we had to address various dead bugs, for example. The condo could use some refreshing, such as fresh paint, cleaned grout, etc. It wasn’t necessarily filthy, but it was disappointing given the price point. There also were ants in the kitchen. Finally, we were disappointed in the tenor of communications we received. While we understand the necessity of informing guests about various ordinances and rules (e.g., noise, turtle season), we were disappointed that the messaging was rather terse and authoritative rather than inviting and informative. As an example, the notice about the kitchen “being inventoried” and guests will be billed if a single spoon is missing, is that necessary? And to that point, it would be great if the condo could provide more in its “starter set” depending on the length of the guests’ stay. A single trash bag? If we have more trash, that means we need to go to the store to buy an entire box of trash bags just to use one or two? Just generally it left a poor impression.

We love how you can see the beach from the balcony and at the right angle, the sunset! The bed in the bedroom was very squeaky but we dealt with it because the pullout bed had an unknown stain. But other than that, everything else was nice and very accommodating for us. Overall, hubby (the birthday man) says "it was fine to me. Very nice". He's a simple man 🤣❤️

The location is wonderful and condo, although small, has everything you need. My only issue was that the bed was not comfortable and it was squeaky. Should replace the bed! Would stay there again😎

The property was located directly across the street from one of 4 public beach access paths. There were chairs, umbrella and beach towels for use. There is a key fob to unlock the beach gate, no need to drive to a parking lot and lug all of your stuff. The seaside grill restaurant is only steps away for lunch and it’s excellent food! Our weather wasn’t very good.. we had a cold front come through for 3 days, but the pool is protected from the N wind which made the pool in the afternoon when the sun finally warmed up a bit a nice relaxing afternoon. Pool is heated! The teapot had a leak in it, which was annoying because it constantly made a mess on the stove. When we lifted the cover pan to clean the water out, the underside of the stove top was filled with grime and gooey slime from years of not being clean. The bathroom also was not the cleanest. Oh… remember to bring toilet paper with you if you’re staying longer than 5 days. Two rolls of the cheap toilet paper doesn’t last too long. And the two markets were out! No TP?!!! We had to take a road trip just to find TP!! And they only give 2 trash bags so save any plastic bags you get groceries in. All in all, I’d like to rent here again because of the beach access, but it’s priced a bit on the high side for our liking. May try Naples for the same price.

Nice property plenty of room for 2 people. Nice walkway to the beach but it is across a 4 lane road which I didn’t realize. We left a short beach chair there as the one left in the closet was broken when we arrived. Also in an effort to better meet bathroom needs the shower head really needs to be updated and replaced. There are great low water pressure showerheads now that would really help that shower. I could barely get the shampoo out of my hair. Some one mentioned this in a review in 2021 I would suggest spending the $20 to fix The bed was comfy and the porch was nice Nice condo

very nice condo. clean and quiet. The only issues I had was the water faucet in the bathroom sink was spraying everywhere. I was able to turn the screen cover a little bit to mostly fix the issue and the shower head is terrible you can hardly take a shower.

Everything you need for a beach-side trip for two!

We had direct access to the beach through a private entrance and didn't have to walk 20 min like most other condos without the direct access. As for the condo, it has all you need for cooking, sleeping and just lounging around. The owners were also quick to respond whenever we had a question or need! If you want a week of lounging on the beach or pool-side, then this is the place for you!

The condo was adequate for a short stay. However I could not sleep on the mattress. This mattress needs to be replaced! I had to sleep on the couch the 2nd night because by back hurt so bad.
