You’ll sleep comfortably in a 120 cm bed, and the studio also has a smart TV and internet.

Located on the fourth floor, the apartment is close to cafés, supermarkets, restaurants, and public parking—all within walking distance.

It’s a perfect space for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM: As this is a residential area, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum during these hours to avoid disturbing our neighbours.

No outside visitors: Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

No parties allowed: Gatherings and loud activities are not allowed at any time.

No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

No commercial sex work: The property and its surroundings must not be used for paid sexual services, including erotic massages or prostitution.
