Ground Floor 2 bedroom Garden flat with free Wi-Fi, central heating, living room, with flat-screen satellite TV, a work desk, dining area, safety deposit box, a well-equipped kitchen, Miele washing machine, dryer, microwave, filtered water, fridge freezer, oven and ceramic induction hob, a dining table and chairs, bathroom with a walk in rainfall shower, hairdryer.

Bedding consists of 2 double beds and 2 double sofa beds, 2 futon floor mats. Mattress toppers are provided for added comfort.

Off-street parking is available for guests, and there is a video door entry system in place. 5-10 min walk to all public transport, supermarkets, restaurants.

- Please do not use balcony and/or back garden/patio after 10pm as it may disturb the neighbours.

- Please no excessive noise or loud music after 10 pm and before 8 am.

- Please try not to disturb others when you self check-in and check out.

- Visitors not allowed.

- Events, parties and gatherings cannot be held in the apartment.

- Smoking not allowed in the flat, you can only smoke in designated areas

- Sorry pets not allowed
