Beach view is perfect we sat on the balcony watching the sunset and sunrise We loved it.... The condo was clean big enough for all 4 of us.. Kitchen came equipment with everything you would need... I give this unit a 5 excellent

The property was in great condition. We love the location and visit yearly. Parking was an issue one day due to limited spots and multiple visitors during the day hours. You have to time leaving and returning right in order to avoid issues getting a spot.

The condo. was very clean. The soga and mattress on the king bed is very worn . The air only could be turned down to 72 degrees which is a lot Warner than we like it, but it was manageable since the outside temps weren’t to bad. We definitely enjoyed our stay I would stay again , if the mattress was replaced.

Pleasantly surprised! Well appointed with everything you could need. Close to groceries/restaurant, and the pool and beach were lovely. We would definitely stay agan!

It was too confusing with all of the codes you had to remember we didn’t get enough towels and one roll of toilet paper and a piece uncalled for

Clean and as described. Communication wasn’t always great but was never really a problem. Washer and dryer was nice to have. They’re not in the condo but right across the hall in a locked room for 505 only. I didn’t like codes on all the doors. You must enter a code to get into the building, to get into the condo, to get into the parking garage, coming back from the beach to get back onto the grounds, then at the backdoor to get back in the building. Guess it does make the property safer though. There was a sign in the condo telling guests to not put the AC below 72 or it may freeze up leaving you without AC. I would have set it to 70 or 71 otherwise. My wife and I got stuck on one of the two elevators for about 5 minutes. Thankfully it wasn’t longer because it was hot in there. I think it happened to someone else that day too. We just stopped using that elevator for the rest of the trip. Balcony was great. Appliances were great. Condo is close to some restaurants. Host provided plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. Condo is just barely out of the area of Daytona Beach that allows cars to be driven on.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful views and accomodations were very good. Beds were comfortable, and condo was very clean. Need better access to electrical plugs in bedrooms and entrance door lock was an issue a few times. However, we would probably book again

The view from the condo was gorgeous. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans that were adequate for cooking meals. The condo looked like it had been recently renovated.

The view wqs top notch! Floor to ceiling windows with a 180 view, I never turned my tv on! The place was immaculate, the kitchen had every gadget imaginable (air fryer, blender, crockpot, etc). The beds were comfortable as well as the couches. The amenities were great. 10/10 would recommend! Cant wait to return!
