It is situated just a short drive (8 miles) from the magnificent West Wales coastline. There you can enjoy picturesque seaside towns such as New Quay (8 miles) where you can experience a boat trip to see dolphins, Tresaith to witness its fabulous waterfall (12 miles) and Aberaeron (10 miles), a beautiful harbour town with lots of great boutique shops and award-winning eateries. Enjoy breathtaking scenery when you drive through the countryside to visit other exciting attractions such as the National Wool Museum in Llandysul (12 miles) Newcastle Emlyn castle (13 miles) and the Welsh Quilt Centre in Lampeter (13 miles).

Kick off your walking boots on the porch and step through into this beautifully styled property with underfloor heating which will keep your feet nice and cosy. A relaxing living area to the left provides comfortable soft seating around the wood burner and Smart TV, a perfect space for movie nights or a game of cards. The bright and spacious dining area to the right leads directly into the kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare a hearty meal post-adventure. A ground-floor shower room is located at the far end of the kitchen. When you’re ready for a good night’s sleep, head up the stairs where you will find three delightful bedrooms to choose from: two king-size bedrooms and a twin room all with TVs and plenty of storage space. Completing the property is the family bathroom.

Outside, at the rear of the property, there is an enclosed patio area with dining furniture and a BBQ. Head through the gate and across the lawn to the garden games cabin, which houses a pool table, table tennis and dart board. A wood-fired hot tub sits next to the games room with views of the garden to enjoy. You can access a footpath to the village and local pub through the gate and across the field.
