The building features a panoramic rooftop terrace with stunning 360° views over Santa Maria, the Atlantic Ocean, the dunes and, on clear days, the neighbouring island of Boa Vista.

🔑 Key Collection and Return

Our local agency can arrange key handover together with your airport transfer. A taxi will meet you at the airport and take you directly to the apartment, where you will receive the keys.

The airport transfer is not included in the accommodation price and usually costs between €26 and €31.50, depending on the season.

Santa Maria is a growing tourist destination, and its infrastructure continues to develop. As part of this growth, construction work is currently taking place in different parts of the town, including areas near the apartment.

Construction is carried out only during daytime hours, usually between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and there is no work at night or on public holidays.
