Each accommodation includes a welcome kit (toiletries, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products) for the first 1 to 2 days.



It is your responsibility to replenish these products during your stay if necessary.

This guide contains information relating to your arrival, access codes, parking information and accommodation instructions to ensure smooth check-in.

💧 Water heater – READ CAREFULLY



In France, the functioning of water heaters (boilers) is different from that of many other countries.



Hot water is stored in a tank and can empty in case of high consumption.



The time to fill and heat the tank is between 1 and 5 hours, depending on its capacity.

🔹 We ask you to avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.
