The Mono with a loft is a small apartment for vacations and short stays in Lizzanello, in the town center, very close to the city of Lecce.
The apartment is part of a small complex consisting of just two units and is equipped with air conditioning, a mini kitchenette, a hair dryer, a TV, and a refrigerator.
The entrance is through a shared lobby, which also features a coffee machine.

The studio with a loft is an apartment featuring both a living area and a sleeping area, located within the Appartamenti Maxmar complex in Lizzanello.
A shared lobby allows guests to enjoy a coffee, thanks to the coffee machine and pods provided for guests.
The studio apartment has a living area on the lower level, with a small kitchenette, table, and chairs. A built-in staircase leads to the upper level, where the double bedroom is situated beneath a charming star-shaped vaulted ceiling.
The studio apartment also features a bathroom with a shower.

The two Maxmar Apartments are located in Lizzanello, in a central area just a short walk from all the essential amenities offered by this small town on the outskirts of Lecce.
The city of Lecce is just a 5-minute drive away.
The beaches along the Adriatic coast are also very close by, including Le Cesine and all the beach resorts in Melendugno.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
