The large dining table is surrounded by comfortable chairs, perfect for celebrating special occasions together over a delicious meal. There’s a games area with all-in-one table tennis and pool and, when you’re ready to sit back and relax, the lounge area features plenty of soft seating, a wood burner and a Smart TV. Completing the ground floor is a handy WC. Upstairs, a wide, open landing offers access to the four bright and spacious bedrooms, each of which has a Smart TV and wonderful floor-to-ceiling windows. The family room sleeps up to four, with a king-size bed plus bunk beds suitable for up to 3 children. This lovely room has an en-suite shower room. There’s also fabulous Super-king room (which can convert into two 3’ singles on request), as well as a king-size room with en-suite shower and WC and a king-size room. These two restful bedrooms share a beautiful family bathroom with a modern, free-standing bath and a separate shower.
To the front of the barn is an open-aspect garden with a patio where you can dine in the fresh air and sunshine, perhaps using the charcoal BBQ to grill tasty treats. A covered parking area can accommodate up to three cars, and there is also secure storage for your bikes. Enjoy a soak in the wood fired hot tub.
