The Space:

Casa Delfino has been recently renovated to offer bright, elegant, and functional interiors designed for a relaxing holiday just a short walk from the sea.



The house is arranged over two floors, providing comfortable and well-organized spaces for families and groups.



The spacious private terrace is the highlight of the home. From here you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the Sardinian coastline while relaxing in the sun, reading a book, or sharing an aperitif at sunset. The living room has been tastefully furnished with carefully selected décor and features both a comfortable lounge with sofas and a Smart TV, and a bright dining area with seating for six guests. Large openings towards the terrace allow you to enjoy the beautiful sea views even while dining indoors.



The kitchen is practical and well equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfasts, light lunches, and relaxed summer dinners to enjoy on the terrace. A washing machine is also available, making longer stays even more comfortable.



The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and one with a large three-quarter bed. An additional sleeping space is available in the living area, allowing the house to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Two modern bathrooms with showers provide extra comfort and convenience for families and groups.



The beautiful beaches of Cala Delfino are only a few minutes away on foot. After your time at the beach, an outdoor shower allows you to rinse off and cool down before returning inside.



To make your stay even more comfortable, beach towels can be rented during registration and check-in, you just have to let us know in advance if you need them. We also provide beach umbrellas, so you can travel lighter and enjoy a more relaxing, hassle-free holiday.



The property also includes one private parking space suitable for a single car and enough space to park a second car in front of the house.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Delfino enjoys a peaceful location surrounded by nature, just a short walk from the sea while remaining close to all essential services.



Just a 2-minute walk from the house, you'll reach the quiet beach of Cala Delfino. If you continue a few minutes further on foot, you'll arrive at Cala Spanu, another beautiful spot perfect for swimming and relaxing in crystal-clear waters.



For guests looking for beach facilities such as sunbed rentals, beach bars, and additional services, Spiaggia Bianca and Cala Sassari are also within easy walking distance, approximately 15 and 30 minutes from the property respectively.



With several beautiful beaches nearby, you can easily choose a different place to swim each day without needing to drive.



Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and all the main services are just a few minutes away by car in Golfo Aranci, making it easy to enjoy both the tranquility of the area and the convenience of the town.

Getting Around:

Reaching Casa Delfino is easy. Simply enter the property's address into your GPS or navigation system and you will be guided directly to the entrance, where you can enjoy a convenient self check-in.



Other Things to Note:

Early or late check-in, late check-out, and additional sets of bed linens or towels may incur a small extra fee to be settled upon arrival.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and we kindly ask you to respect the peaceful residential character of the area.

Recycling and waste disposal instructions will be provided upon arrival.

In accordance with Italian law, all guests are required to complete the online registration with a valid ID before check-in.

Pets are not allowed.
