The property offers nearby access to the South West Coast Path. So, simply step out your front door to explore South Devon’s beautiful coastline. Take a short walk to Dartmouth Castle and Sugary Cove, or take the ferry across to Kingswear to visit The Daymark and experience the beautiful views.

Why not step away from the shore and take up one of the many boat rides which can be caught from the waterfront, with sights to see including historical Greenway Holt, the home of Agatha Christie and a selection of nautical wildlife too, from seals to sea birds.

Although Weight N Sea doesn't offer a private garden, its location places you within easy reach of some of Dartmouth's most beautiful outdoor spaces. Stroll down to the harbour to watch the boats come and go, enjoy riverside walks along the embankment, or explore nearby Coronation Park, the Community Orchard and Crosby Meadow, all just a short walk away.

Beyond the town, some of South Devon's finest beaches await. Please note:
Due to its elevated position, the walk back from Dartmouth town centre includes an uphill return, rewarding you with a peaceful location away from the bustle while remaining within easy walking distance of everything the town has to offer.

Access Road:
Crowthers Hill is quite steep and as such isn't suited for those with limited mobility and pulling up outside the property is often difficult.

Pets:
One well-behaved dog welcome.

Mobility:
Given the property is on a steep hill we would advise it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Parking:
No allocated parking but there is on-street parking available close by subject to availability but not guaranteed.
