At the heart of the home is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area designed for everything from leisurely breakfasts to celebratory dinners. The open-plan layout allows guests to cook, dine and socialise together with ease, making it ideal for larger groups and family gatherings.

The property offers six ensuite bedrooms, all thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. Five of the bedrooms can be configured as either doubles or twins, making the house well suited to a variety of group arrangements. Every bedroom benefits from its own private ensuite bathroom.
Leisure Suite
Guests have access to Avalon, the estate’s dedicated wellbeing centre, located just a short drive from the property. Facilities include a swimming pool, hydro pool, sauna, steam room, and fully equipped gym, along with a weekly programme of wellness classes.
Guests may book a daily 2-hour pool suite session from 10:00am to 12:00pm (subject to availability) at a cost of £20 per adult and £10 per child. Additional pool suite sessions can be arranged for an extra charge.
