The room was so dirty and smelled like smoke. The towels had dirt on them. The receptionist was drunk and struggling to find our reservation. The bedding didn’t look very clean. Overall a disgusting experience.

The front desk staff was kind and understanding, however the cleanliness of the the building was sub par and the rooms, though decorated nice had black bugs alive on the floor and when I went to shut the door, there was a cockroach on it. I knew at the price point, it wasn’t going to be the Hilton, but my daughter and I could not stay in a place with bugs.

Sent us to wrong address to get keys. A place that made us feel uncomfortable. Thr place had no idea what we was doing three. Verbo couldn't reach hosts. Request a FULL refund. Vrbo paid for us to stay the night in a hotel. Either hosts or Belzilla wasn't honest about location

The room was very dirty and smelly. The towels literally had dirt on them and were clearly not washed. There was trash in the room still from previous visitors. The receptionist was clearly drunk which made the check in process difficult. The hallway smelled like a dumpster.
