The Space:

This flat is truly the definition of a contemporary, beautifully designed and spacious 3-bedroom property spread across three floors. The property is situated on a quiet residential mews.



On the ground floor, you enter directly into a lovely, chic, and comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and a small office desk area sits neatly in the corner. This room is flooded with natural light by the large windows. There is plenty of comfortable and modern furniture filling the space. This room is designed thoughtfully, elevated by personal touch, creating a real home-away-from-home as you walk through the door. A W/C is also situated on the ground floor.



Upstairs, on the first floor (top floor), you will find two wonderfully spacious and modern bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is particularly lovely, fitted with a king-size bed, good natural light and enough space for a lovely armchair in the corner. The bathroom is spacious, including his and hers sinks and a deep bathtub. The second double bedroom is equally as lovely, with character and charm, and also fitted with a king-sized bed. This en-suite bathroom has a stand-alone shower. Both bedrooms have a lovely view over the quiet and charming mews and both rooms are filled with natural daylight.



Downstairs, on the lower ground floor (basement 1), there is a modern and very spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. This room is perfectly designed for practicality, whilst keeping the space very open. There is a lovely white marble kitchen island, providing you with even more counter space, making the layout work very well for cooking and entertaining at the same time. The dining area sits alongside, with a glass dining table, seating up to eight people. A second small table wraps cosily around the corner of this level, perfect if you are travelling with children.



On this level, you will also find the third bedroom. Spacious and fitted with a king-size bed, it includes a wonderful, blue floral headboard. This room has been put together with a real personal touch, and lovely interiors are present throughout. The en-suite bathroom is modern and well finished, fitted with a large bath and overhead shower.



On the very bottom floor (basement 2), you will find a second utility room and kitchenette, which is roughly the same footprint as the main kitchen above. It is a useful and expansive space, ideal for longer stays or larger groups who need the extra room to spread out.

Lennox Mews Gardens sits in one of the quieter pockets of Chelsea, within easy reach of Sloane Square and the King's Road, two of London's most reliably good destinations for eating, shopping and general living. The streets around here are residential and beautiful, but everything you need is close.

Parks and Gardens:

-Ranelagh Gardens and the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea are a short walk.

-Hyde Park and Battersea Park are both reachable within 20 minutes on foot.



Restaurants & Cafés:

There are two lovely resturants right on your door step if you are looking for convenience. Dinings SW3 is right there on Lennox Gardens Mews itself, and Walton House restaurant on Walton Street, at the top of the road, a short one-minute walk. It serves modern Japanese cuisine with European influences, the kind of place that stands well apart from the usual Japanese restaurant crowd.

-Colbert on Sloane Square is a well-loved brasserie, open all day and ideal for everything from breakfast to a late supper.

-Rabbit on the King's Road does inventive British cooking and is worth booking ahead. For a more relaxed coffee stop, try Granger & Co on Pavilion Road.

-Elystan Street on Elystan Street is one of Chelsea's best, Phil Howard's neighbourhood restaurant with a relaxed but serious approach to cooking. Worth booking well ahead.

-The Bluebird on the King's Road is good for a long lunch, with a large terrace and a reliable all-day menu.

-Brasserie Zédel is a short tube ride away in Piccadilly, worth knowing about for a classic French dinner at very reasonable prices.



Culture:

-The Saatchi Gallery on Duke of York Square is a ten-minute walk and free to enter.

-The Royal Court Theatre on Sloane Square is one of London's best.

-The famous King's road which has an abundance of high street and independent shops, great resturants and cafes. Partridges cafe on Duke of York Square is a wonderful option for high tea.



Shopping:

-The famous Harrods a short walk away.

-Brompton Road offers a variety of high-end shops, and all the essential grocery shops and cafes.

-Pavilion Road is a quiet street of independent food shops, butcher, cheesemongers, and more.

-The King's Road itself covers everything from Anthropologie to independent boutiques.



Pubs:

-The Pheasant on Sloane Square is relaxed and reliable.

-The Fox & Hounds on Passmore Street is a proper Chelsea local.

-The Surprise on Christchurch Terrace is a quieter option, a proper local pub with a small garden.



Getting Around:

Sloane Square Underground station (Circle and District lines) is approximately a five-minute walk, giving direct access to Victoria, South Kensington, Notting Hill Gate and beyond. Victoria station for Gatwick Express, National Rail and the coach terminal - is a short taxi or a ten-minute walk.



Many close-by bus routes along The Brompton Road and the King's Road connect easily to Fulham, Kensington and the West End. We recommend downloading CityMapper for the best recommended routes to your destinations. It is the easiest way to navigate all the best options.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.



Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.



Please note that there are 3 flights of stairs inside the property.



If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.



We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.



Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.



Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
