Large space with everything you need

Loved this place! Get a golf cart, stay here, and save over staying closer into town. Clean, airy, great balcony, friendly neighbors. Only downside is going through Vacasa. I think I have 30 emails from them AND had to sign a form after already getting a rental confirmation.

Convenient homebase for exploring Ambergris Caye

This condo has all the amenities you'll need for basic comforts on holiday. The pool is a nice hangout, people are friendly and condo has a nice view of ocean. The road outside is very busy during the day. Condo was acceptably clean. Coffee shop across the road is busy and quite expensive but handy. A golf cart is necessary if you plan to go downtown a lot.

Management and the unit are great. It is really noisy, like you’ll get woken up at 4am by trucks going past. Located right on the main road. It’s not the owners fault as the unit was great but the noise is extreme

Overall very happy some small things livingroom TV no remote to turn on . Slider doors screens are all in need of repair. Lock box was missing cover had to drop off key with Sergeo.

Convenient location

This 3rd floor walk up was conveniently located. 15 min cart ride to water taxi/downtown, across the street from an excellent coffee shop as well as a grocery store that rented carts. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants, as well as the sea wall. Pool was peaceful, grounds were fully fenced with 24/7 security at the gate. Staff were very friendly. On the down side, the building fronts San Pedro's main road, so there is pretty much constant and loud road noise starting with the dump trucks heading north at 5 am every day. Tough to get a good night's sleep. Some coffee mugs would have been useful as well as some extra kitchen garbage bags. Wifi was excellent for streaming.

Great place to stay !

I stayed here with a group of 5 for 2 weeks and we were very happy with this house. The kitchen is super well stocked and the beds are super comfortable. The staff at the complex are very friendly and went out of their way to help us find Fluffy - the biggest resident crocodile. Lourdes is very hospitable and replies very quickly. I would easily recommend this place to friends and family. The only down sides for us was not having enough toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bags provided, but we know we had a longer stay so it wasn’t a huge deal. Water refill service is not provided as we have had at some places previously, but there are 2 stores across the street where you can refill water jugs for $5BZD. The balcony overlooks the main road so if you’re a light sleeper you may find it a bit loud, but all 5 of us had no problems sleeping. In general, we would all recommend this house and are very pleased with our stay. Thank you Lourdes and team !

Poorly Equipped & NO Service

Unit was clean and AC worked fine. Certainly needs upgrades of faucets and amenities. No TV in either bedrooms. Remotes had no batteries. NO instruction manual and only had auto-responses. No one ever came to remedy issues. Tour showed closet in master but it was locked, only 1 closed with 8 hangers.

Great location

Vacasa was attentive to our needs when I contacted them. The Farmhouse across the street was a real plus as well as the grocery store down the road. The condo was very nice, clean but could use new linens. You can see the ocean from the side of the balcony but being the unit was on the road the road noise made it uncomfortable to sit outside.

Wonderful condo

I highly recommend this condo. It is in a perfect location just north of the bridge. Away from all the hustle and bustle but also just a few minutes drive to the heart of san pedro. The condo itself is very nice with high ceilings, a great ocean theme and wonderful balcony to sit on. The staff and hosts are very helpful and friendly. The property itself is also great with a perfect pool on the lagoon. Thank you so much for sharing your home with me Steve!

Condo has a great beach decor, perfect for our family of 6, especially the laundry! Pool was great to cool down, daily cleaning service to clean while we were at the beach, plenty of linens including beach towels. Amazing concierge services for tours, golf cart rentals, recommendations--anything we could possibly need.

Mara Laguna is perfectly located close to downtown of San Pedro but just outside for peace and quiet. The condo is great for a family of 6 with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Decor was beach yesterday and very pretty. Housekeeping was amazing-we came back from the beach to a very clean place. Mikayla was absolutely outstanding. She stayed in constant communication to check on us, to set up snorkeling tours, golf cart rental, and more. The pool was perfect with a cute little restaurant and tiki bar. I would highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations

This review was submitted before the home was managed by Vacasa. The property was extremely well kept, cozy and spacious. I arrived to find that everything I thought I’d need and purchased at the local grocery store was already provided! (Common use products like cooking utensils, paper products, etc. ) The big bay window was my favorite part!! The bedrooms were very clean, well kept, bathroom also very clean and well kept. This was my first experience with a vacation rental and this property exceeded my expectations! It’s location was on 1st street and D st. Across the street was the bay and everything you need is within walking distance. I had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay at this property again. Highly recommended! The one thing you should know about This property and most properties in Eureka is there is no air conditioning. This was no fault of the property. A friend of mine who lives in the area said that’s just how Eureka is! The thermostat controls the heat which is an electric fireplace. During the day if it gets warm inside the apartment just open the windows! It’ll cool down! Over all this property was above my expectations. I traveled alone and I definitely felt safe here. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice clean unit , good value for the $$$ Construction going on across the street so be prepared for construction noise starting at 7:00 am . We spent very little time in the unit during the day so the contruction noise was not an issue . Enjoy
