The villa features a total of six bathrooms, providing convenience for large groups.

The indoor spaces invite relaxation and socializing. The house features two spacious living rooms, a peaceful meditation or fitness room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and an elegant dining room with a table for ten.

Outside, the villa is a true oasis: a magnificent private pool is surrounded by multiple chill-out areas, ideal for unwinding in the sun or shade. A large covered exterior dining area with a spacious table makes it perfect for hosting dinners or lunches for groups, with a view of the pool. Additionally, the property features a barbecue area and industrial refrigerators for storing food and drinks.

- The villa provides fresh linens and towels. Upon request, extra cleaning and laundry services can be arranged, making your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

- In accordance with local regulations in the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax of €2.20 per person per night applies. This is not included in the booking price and will be collected at check-in.
