The owner worked closely with a U.S. designer and two local Algarve designers to blend international design with Portuguese warmth. The open living, dining, and kitchen area brings in natural light and creates an easy flow for coffee, meals, remote work, or relaxing after a day at the beach. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

•AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

•Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

•You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
